Monthly Rentals in Općina Sveti Filip I Jakov

We rented the house with 6 people and had a very relaxed holiday. The house exactly meets the expectation, the cleanliness is great, the hosts are always nice and reachable at all times. We had more than enough space, more than enough bathrooms and felt very comfortable in this beautiful house. The location is quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, but a little difficult to find the first time, but you have the path on it afterwards. You also have beautiful views over the countryside and short distances to Zadar and Sukosan. Overall highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family of 4. The pool was clean and heated. The house was well equipped. There was a great grill available, but we didn't use it. The contact with our hosts was always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great time and attention on the day of arrival. Highly recommended from our side.

Branimir was a great host. Very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and spacious. Very large balcony. Everything also within walking distance. The large supermarket Plodine is about a 13-minute walk away, it is about 5 minutes to the beach and the bus stops to go to Zadar or Biograd, it is about 3 minutes. I really enjoyed my time there and can recommend this place with a clear conscience :)

Marija greeted us personally and showed us everything. When we arrived, everything we needed was there. She even provided food 🥰 We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay very much!☺️ Through the surrounding wall, we could let our dog run freely and even found a few turtles in the wonderful garden :) We dealt with the many possibilities in and around the house. We have designed the evenings as barbecue, pizza, hot tub or game evenings. ✨ For further activities, a car is definitely useful so that the numerous beaches, national parks, restaurants and shopping can be reached :) We had very nice and friendly contact with Marija, who helped us with any questions and can highly recommend her house! ☺️ Thank you, Marija🫶🏻
