I worry that singing the praises of this property will encourage hordes to book such that we can't the next time we want to stay; but honesty is due. The property is exactly as described and is stunning, both beautifully designed, and built, but also practical for the 3 generations with which we turned up. Light and roomy it makes being comfortable easy and is equipped with all amenities. Everyone will love the pool, sun terraces and the outdoor BBQ and dining area; and young children will revel in their dedicated play space. A car is needed but the property is superbly located, near the airport - though you'd never know - close enough to Zadar and its beguiling old city; with an array of good restaurants within easy reach, but also close to the main national highway for those interested to go deeper. As for the hosts - amazing. Responsive and there to help in whatever way may be needed, and to fulfil any (reasonable) request. Really cannot recommend this property highly enough

We stayed with my parents, husband and 2 daughters (4 and 2) in early June. Tereza is an amazing host who reached out to us and remained avaible by phone throughout our stay. She was there to great us on arrival despite the fact that we arrived several hours later than originally planned. I have never been to such a clean airbnb or hotel, absolutely spotless! It's newly built/renovated, with high quality furniture (comfortable beds, new appliances,..) and doors/windows (sound proof). Even a full large laundry room our baby (who likes full darkness) slept in. I would highly recommend!

We stayed at the place for a week. It is very modernly furnished and you have everything you need on site. From the balcony you can directly see the sea. The landlady is very nice and gave us a few recommendations for the area directly. If we had any questions or needed anything, she was always available. Can definitely recommend this place.

All information was given to me. I had great contact with the host. I think the stay itself is a great one! Great people,helpful, loved, very good. I knew I could count on them and they would help me with everything. Great conditions! it was clean,modern, and the whole apartment was well-maintained and well-equipped. I was greeted with drinks and fruit. I highly recommend hosts and staying at this place. I will definitely come back to this place for my next stay in Croatia! I felt very cared for and safe. The stay exceeded my wildest expectations.

We were more than happy to stay here. Our hosts were such nice people. We felt really welcome. We never saw a holiday home so clean as this one. It looked brand new. Whatever was in their vegetable garden, they gave it to us. Everything you would possibly need was there. The house is located in the centre of Zadar, Biograd, Krka National Park, Trogir and Split. We definitely come again.
