House vacation rentals in Oneida County

House was plenty big and comfortable to host our gathering. Perfect for a night out to turning stone being only a couple minutes drive.

Great location close to Turning Stone. I hosted my sisters bachelorette party here and there was plenty of room for the bridesmaids! We were able to make a lot of meals in the kitchen and out on the Blackstone grill!

It is always a nice touch when the host contacts you directly and is personable and friendly via text. Also - she had left a few essential food items that did indeed make our stay easier (eggs, creamer, butter) - this allowed us to not worry so much about finding a local place to dine each morning. We were two couples plus one teenager staying for Commencement weekend at Syracuse University, and while it was a bit of a drive to and from campus, it allowed us to have a place to retreat to and get out of the busy city between events, and get a really good night's sleep as we moved through the weekend's festivities. The landscape in Cazenovia is bucolic - such a change of pace from campus and Syracuse itself.

We really enjoyed our stay here overall! Despite a few hiccups, Patrick and his team were very helpful and responsive to the door code not working and a few other minor things. The house is very clean, and beyond the most well stocked airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. Any and everything you would possibly need for your stay was thought about. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. We unfortunately had very bad weather most of the trip so the pool was too cold to use. But we enjoyed use of the trampoline, grill, and basketball hoop. It was nearby some things to do and a walmart as well. It was very comfortable and spacious. We hope to come back sometime when the weather is nicer to enjoy that pool!

its a great quiet spqce. Bars are very close, fishing, boating, great restaurants near by. pool was absolutely amazing and warm. Will definitely book again cant wait for another trip! Only thing is thier is no Pool table as seen in pic's.

10 of us stayed comfortably for a batchelor party - highly recommend. Tim is an awesome host. 10/10.

Our family really enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day Weekend. The host and family were very nice, accommodating, and extremely helpful in so many ways, which we are grateful for. This Airbnb is in a great location, conveniently accessible to the lake, shopping (10-15 min away), has many amenities and is very relaxing overall. It had a very spacious yet cozy living room, as well as sleeping areas, and was very quiet. The property is well maintained and has ample parking. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

Beautiful place to stay! The 20 acres was breathtaking.. it was about 45 min from Cooperstown and an easy drive to the Dreampark. Would definitely stay again !

We were looking for a quiet place to stay for the weekend while in the area and this worked out well for us. Located in an older neighborhood, it was a short drive to main roads, restaurants and coffee shops. And both weekend evenings were very quiet. I loved the sound of the train whistle in the distance at night - it reminded me of my neighborhood when I was a kid! This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay, and Adrian’s instructions were very clear and helpful.

House was clean and my family enjoyed the stay and were comfortable. It would have been good if we had some camp fire materials in the house itself. Since we have been used to other airbnb places that had the materials in house, and we had some places to visit, it was difficult to purchase them in our busy schedule. Having them in house would help for future guests. the checkin, checkout and other amenities were all great!! the host was very responsive and helpful.

Jessica was truly the definition of a Super Host. We’ve stayed in many places and I can’t tell you how amazing she was from check in to check out. Responsive, friendly, and very professional. The house is breathtaking and nicely organized, we had everything we needed. We cannot wait to return! Our family enjoyed staying at her space and we made many core memories. Book this, you won’t regret it.

Just returned from a week long vacation at the Lakewood cottage hosted by Tom and Annie. The cottage was perfect for our family of 8. The location has a lot of privacy, nice fenced-in yard with a beautiful deck overlooking the the lake with gorgeous sunsets every night. It's close to town and all the restaurants, bars, etc. the cottage was spotless, lots of extras, the beds all made, large bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone. The cottage is so charming with modern amenities and the screened in porch was great for the one rainy day we had. Our host Tom was was flexible with our check-in/out and very kind and courteous. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone staying in the Sylvan Beach area. Another big plus was not having to do all the laundry on the day we were leaving (all the sheets and towels) as some of the other AIRBNB require. My sister's family spent 4 hours on the morning they were leaving washing/drying all the sheets, even after paying a 200 cleaning fee.

We had a great time at Rocky Lodge! The lakeside setting is unmatched. We loved fishing off the dock, swimming off the dock, paddling around the bay and listening to the loons. The house and boathouse were clean and comfortable, check-in and communication were easy. We'd like to come back!

Our stay is Sherrill was so nice. The house was great for us. Easily walkable to a few places in town. Super, nice town. The weather was beautiful for our stay, and we had a very relaxing visit.

This was a great stay. The house was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The view was OUTSTANDING! My husband and I even chose the slightly smaller bed in the back bedroom just so we could wake up to the lake view at sunrise (it would have been wasted on our son who sleeps until 2pm). Tracy was very accommodating when we made a last minute change. The decor was relaxing and the house was very comfortable for the 4 of us for a long weekend. We would love to come back.

The house was perfect for our visit to the Clinton/New Hartford area. We were in town for the Hamilton Graduation and the house was close to the college as well as other places that we visited. The house was clean and a good size for our group of 4 adults.

This was our fifth year coming up to Camp David. I don't even look for another place because we know that this is our "home away from home" for a few super relaxing days. Everything you need is there. Very quiet and private. Always a great escape here. And Mike is extremely responsive and accommodating. Can't wait until next year.

I can't say enough great things about our stay! The hosts were awesome to deal with...always accommodating and available, the location was perfect...right on the water/ice, the residence exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. The location is perfect with a short walk to exceptional fishing. No need to scramble trying to find parking...its all right there for you. We enjoyed a weekend of ice fishing with family and friends and definitely plan on coming back this year. On a scale of 1 to 10...this is an 11! Highly recommend!

The home was just as described on Airbnb. It was larger than it looked and had plenty of room for everyone to be able to have their own space when they wanted. All necessities were well stocked, and we felt no need to run out and shop. The home is VERY near Hamilton College and is the perfect place to stay if attending an event there. Cathy was very pleasant and responsive, and even provided a gift basket to welcome us to her home. We would definitely stay again.

This was a lovely place to stay and I liked that it has its own parking area. Eridania was kind enough to accept us at the last minute because we needed a place due to a family emergency and she was kind enough to accommodate us.

With this being our second visit at Richards, we were very happy with our experience once again. Would recommend to any larger groups looking for a great place to stay in Clinton!

Our family enjoyed staying in Utica at this home. It was a good location in a safe neighborhood, in walking distance to a grocery store. It was great for our family of 5, we had plenty of space with four bedrooms. Thank you for this accommodation, it was greatly appreciated!
