Little miscommunication at first but it got all sorted out quickly. Tricia was very understanding and made it right! Beautiful place and had everything we needed. Definitely will be looking into booking this place again in the summer!

Nick's place is great, second year in a row we've stayed here. Easy to get into town for the Boxing Hall of Fame stuff. Peaceful and quiet.

Beautiful home with many great features! Great entertainment space, access to beach and plenty of things to do with your family. Comfortable for a family. Would definitely come back.

Great stay, enjoyed the convenient propane fire pit and hot tub! Very clean, comfortable, and close to a lot. 10/10 would recommend

This is a beautiful, peaceful and well stocked home. We couldn’t have found a better home to stay in. So much great indoor and outdoor space. Easy walk to town. 1 mile from the college. Perfect. And the price was very reasonable.

My fiancé and I are AirBnB’ing in the process of selling and buying a new home and Richard was very accommodating to my unknown schedule, extensions, requests, & questions. The home itself was comfortable and perfect for us and our fur babies. We stayed just short of a month and felt at home the entire time. The neighbors are friendly and kind, restaurants and stores are conveniently close, the beach being close, and the views were fantastic. Really appreciated the entirety of our trip.

Great place, and wonderful location! Stayed for the Annual NOVA volleyball tournament at Sylvan Beach and would absolutely stay again! The place was very clean and comfortable! Everything I could have hoped for in a stay! The place is small, so I wouldn’t recommend more than 3 adults… but was absolutely perfect for me!

This was an amazing stay. It was me and my girlfriend’s 2 year anniversary and we wanted to stay somewhere that was great for a staycation. This place was so cool. It was in a nice private location and it was extremely cozy throughout our entire trip. It’s perfect for two people, maybe a little cramped with 3, and definitely cramped with 4. It has that country water smell and the countryside sounds but it was all part of an amazing experience. No blueberry scones for us though, but overall 10/10 experience. Thank you 👍

Staying here was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, leaving thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home.

The cabin was perfect. Well maintained and great location. Access was easy and has everything we needed. Loved sitting by the firepit and in the jacuzzi. Access down to the river was great and the landscape beautiful. Close to Old Forge and many hiking trails. Pictures don't do it justice.

It was super nice just what I was looking for she responded super quickly to me and definitely accommodated for whatever I needed very helpful and super resourceful. Left me a bunch of things I could do in the area and even a nice generous playlist I would definitely recommend staying with her.

We had our micro wedding here. It started out as a rainy day. Right before the start of the wedding the clouds broke and sun came out! Made this moment even more beautiful. The rental had plenty board games to keep the kids busy. The wheelhouse is very beautiful and with the amt rain we were able to see it fully at work. The scenery is very cozy and relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked with every amenities you would need. They even had spices and coffee supplies which you don’t often see in many Airbnb spaces. The beds were very cozy! I had back surgery 2 months ago and slept so comfortably. The master bath is very romantic. They provide you with laundry supplies as well which is a huge plus.

Beautiful location - felt remote, quiet and surrounded by nature. House was cozy. Driveway was easy to drive despite the snow. Hot tub was divine. Hosts were responsive with any minor problems. Hope to go back and see it in the summer. Exceeded our expectations for a winter wonderland with plenty of snow for skiing and snowshoeing!
