Beachfront vacation rentals in Oneida County

Good location and decent place. Can tell it's been a vacation rental for a while but over all in good condition.

Steve was very easy to communicate with prior to check in, through the stay, and at check out. The setting is very quiet, close to the lake, restaurants, and stores. Steve and his property manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable when we had a power outage after a storm. The yard was great for our pups to have their space while on their tie outs. Overall we have a great stay and felt welcome!

I didn't realize that you had to bring your own linen. Sara was nice enough to include it with our stay. Very nice thing to do

We had a great stay at Troy ’s Airbnd . It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. I would book again. Troy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. I will definitely book again .Highly recommended!

This was our fifth year coming up to Camp David. I don't even look for another place because we know that this is our "home away from home" for a few super relaxing days. Everything you need is there. Very quiet and private. Always a great escape here. And Mike is extremely responsive and accommodating. Can't wait until next year.

This little apartment was the perfect place for my mom and I to relax and have a lovely time in Sylvan Beach! Roomier than I expected from the pictures which was a great surprise (for some reason I imagined you had to walk through the one bedroom to get to the other- that’s not true at all! There is a separate hallway that connects the two and the one to the living room space). The location on the beach is just perfect, and a wonderful yard with multiple spaces/ uses. Chris was so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. A great host at a great place- we will definitely be looking to book again in the future!!! Only tiny downside is no full kitchen- but Chris provides a grill, toaster, microwave, and griddle. Besides, it’s vacation and there are great restaurants in town- who wants to cook on vacation anyways???

The cabin is located on Oneida Lake! Everyone was really friendly! There's lots of stuff for families to do... They have swingsets, soccer nets, basketball hoops, and lots of balls.

she is SUCH a wonderful host! and I wouldn't ask for anything more. made us feel right at home and answered any questions we might've had. I would love to return in the future

This house fufilled all our expectations. Carl was very responsive and amicable. Our family fit perfectly, 8 adults and 2 children. The shallow beach was perfect for the young children. The views were spectacular! So peaceful there. The deck is massive for eating, lounging or sitting watching the amazing sunsets every night! Everyone in our party enjoyed our stay.

Our daughter was graduating Hamilton College and stayed here so family and friends can all be together. It is approximately 35-40 minutes from campus on a beautiful lake. ( which made a great backdrop for pictures). The house is very comfortable and spacious so guests all had their own rooms. Family was able to enjoy kayaking and a game of darts to keep everyone entertained. Would definitely stay again.

After dealing with issues at another Airbnb, including a broken heating system, Emily responded promptly to our request and offered us her property. She gave clear instructions and ensured everything was seamless from start to finish. The house is immaculate—spotlessly clean, fully heated, and thoughtfully prepared. Every room was cozy and welcoming, solving the exact issues we faced before. The kitchen and other spaces were perfectly organized, and the surroundings are breathtaking, with beautiful streets and stunning landscapes. Emily was always available, answering all our questions quickly and making sure we felt at home. Her attention to detail and warm communication made the experience even better. Absolutely perfect! The house had everything you’d need and was nice and spacious that with three families we never felt crammed. We were bummed it rained so bad we couldn’t enjoy the deck space…with the propane fire pit and lots of seating it would’ve been a very nice area to socialize! We’re already trying to plan a time to come back!

Better than expected! Very spacious. Great place for a long weekend getaway with our children and grandchildren. Everything was clean, beach was absolutely perfect for the grandchildren. Felt like home, Nice restaurants all within a short drive. Host was extremely helpful and responded within minutes. We'll be back for sure!

This amazing location and beautiful lake are singular - one of a kind for a peaceful, private retreat. It’s a little bit older place, but it appears that upgrades have been made (appliances) - a few more (windows, doors, siding, deck) would help. But at the price point, you get a great deal.

The house was immaculate! Emily was extremely accommodating and answered all our questions! The bathroom s were abundantly supplied with towels, bath tissue, soaps and shampoos! The kitchen was perfect! The outdoor space was superb! Even my 89 year old dad sat on the dock and was easy to get into pontoon boat! Everything with this Airbnb was Perfect! We had a great family reunion❤️

Richard’s place was everything that I expected. The house is easy to get to and super private. Richard and his team do an excellent job of communicating and worked promptly when an issue arose. The house looks just like all the pictures posted. It is very clean and well kept. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.
