Vacation rentals with a patio in Omiš

Everything is in good order. Everything is as described and the photos are very nice hosts. I recommend with the clearest conscience ;)

We had a wonderful stay in Makarska! The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt like home from the moment we arrived. It was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed: a hairdryer, hair straightener, washing machine and dishwasher pods, coffee pods, bin bags, cleaning sprays, and a drying rack. All the appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, etc.) were high-quality and worked perfectly. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the couch was super cozy. Parking was also a breeze, which was a big plus. A couple of minor improvements could be made. The Wi-Fi, at 10mbps, was a bit slow for anything beyond streaming Netflix, and a frying pan would have been a great addition to the kitchen. Also, a heads-up for future guests: the apartment is at the top of a hill, so the last 100m could be challenging for those with mobility issues or knee problems. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Our holiday in Pisak was wonderful, also due to the beautifully located apartment. Several small beaches are within easy reach and within walking distance. They were little frequented and surrounded by beautiful rocks and trees. Simply fantastic. The water was crystal clear and shimmered turquoise blue. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. There was also no shortage of necessary amenities. Mario surprised us with a plate of ham and cheese and a bottle of wine. Thanks to the air conditioning, the temperatures at night were fine, you should just make sure to always leave the door to the bedroom fully open, as the device is in the hallway. A mosquito net is only on the bedroom window, a mosquito door to the balcony, would be a small suggestion. It was an unforgettable stay, which we highly recommend!

Jelena is very lovely girl. She is very helpful in any matter. Her response comes always quickly. The place is very idyllic. The view from the balcony and terrace is incredible. The beach, bus stop, supermarket and restaurants are very close to the flat.

We enjoyed our time at Kikica. Peaceful, nice surroundings, easy and short access to the beach which we really enjoyed. In the house you’ll find everything you can imagine, from shower gels to plastic bags for ice cubes :) very clean! Ana was very responsive though messages for any advice it help. Unfortunately we didn’t meet but maybe next time because we are coming aging for shure. Thank you Ana!

Ines was very responsive with messaging and always happy to help. The apartment has an incredible view which can be enjoyed from the hot tub in the sun during morning time. Ten minute drive from split. Would recommend to a friend and very much hope to return

This is the second time I've stayed at Ivan's. And I don't regret it one bit. It is probably one of the best accommodation options one can rent in Omiš

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. From the moment we arrived with cold drinks and fruit waiting in the fridge, to even the ac being on, nothing was overlooked. Beach towels and all varieties of coffee, tea, entry items and even useful items in the bathroom. The location is so beautiful, walking around the neighbourhood and down to the beach was something we looked forward to daily. There’s also a grocery store and produce stands right across that were very useful. Omiš is a short drive and such a charming town full of stores restaurants and cafes. Overall we had the most incredible stay and can’t wait to come back.

We had an amazing stay at Nikola's place! Great views, plenty of privacy, and the perfect space to enjoy for large groups. Still easy to access other areas of Split via taxi. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

A wonderful oasis of peace. You hear nothing but the sounds of nature, and the view never gets boring. You imagine yourself in the middle-of-nowhere, but you are equipped with every comfort and you drive by car 40 min. to all the nice villages.

We had a very nice stay at the villa! The villa is in a quiet neighborhood where everything is easily accessible. Marko is a super nice host, very accommodating, warm and always available for a recommendation/tip 👍🏻 The villa is well maintained and clean.

We had a wonderful time at Jure's place. Everything was even nicer than in the photos. The villa has everything you need and Jure is always available if you have any questions or need help. We had an incredible stay! The villa itself was spotless and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely pool. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Everything was so nice with this place! The house’s owner was Marko’s dad and he was very helpful, friendly with everything. He checked us in and gave us simple helpful instructions, he also prepared a fruit plate and 2 beers for our arrival, that was already the cutest! He invited us for wines and checked on us if everything was good. We also had a really nice breakfast in his place one morning. He made this experience better. The house is very modern and tidy, everything was very clean. You have a personal parking spot for yourself and the house has 2 terrace with incredible views. Thank you for everything, sehr gerne wieder!

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

The place was excellent. With a great view. The renter welcomed us and she was treating us really good. I recommend everyone to stay in her apartment.

Perfect stay in Dugi Rat in Mireli's apartment. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood is very quiet with the beach, shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Mirela is a very kind and helpful host. I would definitely recommend her apartment.
