Come and stay in our newly built guest house in a quiet villa oasis near central Gothenburg. There is both a tram and bus within a 5-minute walk that takes you quickly to the city center or Liseberg. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction stove, oven and dishwasher. There is a relatively large bathroom with shower and washing machine and a sleeping loft with a double bed. The sleeping loft is reached via a narrow staircase and there is not standing height up in the loft. There is room for one car in our driveway.

Perfect for 1-4 guests. 5 min distance to bus 18,143 that takes you to the city center. If you come by car you have the parking completely free. Great connection with airport buses. A perfect accommodation for those who are visiting Gothenburg - go to a concert, Liseberg or Universeum or just be here to work.

Lägenhet i charmiga Bagaregården med 2 min till närmsta spårvagnshållplats. Härifrån tar du dig lätt till Liseberg, Scandinavium, Ullevi och biograf på 7-12 minuter. Lägenheten är på 35 kvm och helt nyrenoverad. Här finns fullt utrustat kök, ett litet badrum och en 140cm dubbelsäng. Lägenheten ligger i källaren på ett hus och därför förekommer ljud från lägenheten ovan. Detta har vi haft i åtanke när det kommer till priset. Viktigt att notera att vi har självhushåll. En egen lägenhetsvåning i ett hus i hjärtat av idylliska Kålltorp. Spårvagnar och bussar finns 300 meter från boendet som tar dig till centralaste Göteborg på 10-15 minuter (Ullevi, Liseberg, Centralstation, Avenyn etc). Mycket fridfullt men ändå centralt område. Det är fri parkering på gatorna utanför huset. Man har självständig tillgång till lägenheten som är på våning 2 av huset och lägenheten är på hela 75 kvm. Lägenheten är mycket ljus och är i mycket bra skick. Se bilder.

Welcome to a private studio in Scandinavian style in a quiet area with its own entrance, 140 cm wide continental bed and a large bathroom in the east part of Gothenburg. Good communications by bus or bicycle. Free wifi, new furniture, fridge, considerable facilities, and flexible check-in 24h. The studio is located in the basement of my house with own entrance. It lacks a proper kitchen but has a bench with a fridge/freezer, microwave and kitchen-ware.

Mini house (35 square meters) equipped with everything you need! It is Great for long term rent, weekends, business travelers or tourists. Perfect location for Universeum and Liseberg. Free parking , Fast WiFi , 15 min bus ride to the city and 10 by car. Sleeping loft (really low ceiling height, can't stand up straight) double bed and a double bed settee in the living room. Bathroom with shower and washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen!

Fin tvåa i mysiga Kålltorp, med egen uteplats. Ett mycket lugnt område, men med god service i form av butiker och restauranger. Med spårvagn precis intill huset tar man sig enkelt till alla delar av stan på kort tid. I kvarteren är det gott om gratis parkeringsplatser. Nära till naturområden (Skatås/Delsjöområdet) och sjöar.
