great host , Good ambience.. enjoyed allot with family . safe for toddlers . good sofa bed & double bed . friendly environment. sheeps horses everything around u can watch . I was amazing . booked for holiday on birthday.

We really liked the the cottage, clean, cosy and everything in it thoughtfully selected for the comfort of the guests. Conveniently located and liked the SUV charger located so near. Enjoyed the garden and peaceful neighbourhood just as the cottage. The host was easily available, friendly and caring

What a stunning location and such a beautiful apartment! Windermere, Kendal, Ambleside and other main towns are a lovely drive, and the shops and pub in Orton are just down the road. Tom’s apartment was clean, comfortable and fully equipped for self-catering which was fabulous. The grounds are stunning, and we loved every moment. Thanks Tom xx

Welcoming hosts, very hospitable, home made scones on arrival! Lots of helpful tips about places to eat and visit in the locality. Great location in between the lakes and the dales. Place was homely and comfortable. Highly recommended!
