What a darling place to stay. Clean, cozy and smelled delicious. Super easy and convenient to get to everything. I love a soft bed, so I slept quite comfortably.

We love our stay so much! We are a family with 2 kids and we are traveling with the grand parents, and the house makes everyone happy. The owner put a lot of effort into preparing the houses and they thought of everything we need. They have all the cooking ware we need and the bathrooms are very clean. The location is great, 5min drive to the beach with grocery stores close by. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful. Overall the house is great and we are looking forward to come again.

This was our second year staying at Don’s and it was great as always! Beautiful space, clean, updated, and well stocked kitchen/linens. Location to the beach can’t be beat and all the beach things you’d need are available for use. Don and Sue are both wonderful and we look forward to future stays.

What a great place! Enough room for all eight of us to be together, front porch, fire pit, or be in our own space, shed, living room, bedrooms. Easy access to beach, boardwalk, & even a day in Portland. Thank you Gretchen for making our time at your house so enjoyable & comfortable.

My stay was very nice and relaxing at Katie’s Airbnb! She was very easy to communicate with. I had a little difficulty with checkout and returning the keys but Katie messaged me back quickly to resolve the issue. Her home was very cozy and right next to the beach. I went with three other girlfriends as a little get an away. The pull out coach/ bed was pretty small so maybe keep that in mind. Lovely stay! Thank you!

The house was perfect for two families. We loved having the hot tub and a comfortable patio to relax at. The basketball courts across the street were convenient as our kids love basketball. We would go back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay and great recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay at Achor's Away cottage. The place looked better than the pictures and we really loved the nautical theme. The unit was well equipped and had everything we could want. There was also a very nice welcome guestbook from the host with some local recommendations and interesting information. Great location, walking distance to Old Orchard Beach and about a 20-30 min drive to downtown Portland. Check in/Check out was very easy with excellent communication from the host.

Our stay at the Chez Moi house was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were staying at a close friend’s home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. Garett and Sophia were so friendly and thoughtful, and their local recommendations made our trip even more special! This was our first plane trip with our two young kiddos, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to land. The house had everything we needed—and then some. Our girls were especially delighted by the toys available, which brought so much joy and made them feel right at home. We can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely be back the next time we’re in Maine. Thank you, Garett and Sophia, for such a memorable and heartwarming stay!

Visited Feb '25 Steep stairs {a delightful New England quirk} lead to a comfortable bed, quaint views out the window. Soft cottage core vibes. Eclectic design steeping in a life well lived. Wonderful kitchen, well stocked and easy to cook in. Shower pressure is adequate. Bathroom is clean and filled with an array of books and tchotchkes. Your eyes always have something to wander and examine. It's a maximalists dream. The book shelf in the living room is filled with old books some titles are expected due to surroundings and some are just plain fun. May I recommend a game of I spy Nina is quite fantastic. A spit fire. An attentive host. Hospitable and kind. She gave it a welcoming vibe. Meeting her animals was truthfully a highlight. They are even tempered and kind. Her horse is stunning & social. The donkey a goof. The mule is oh so friendly. Sheep a bit shy but non the less beautiful. Chickens? fluffy feet! The ducks were personable. The goats, joyful. Cat, adorable. Good workin dogs.

This place was amazing, great location and so peaceful! I loved that I could walk to the beach and the Main Street. It was also nice that it was only a 20 min drive from the main city Portland

The Old Orchard beach house was perfect for our family of four. Just steps from the sand and a short walk to the pier/restaurants/amusement park. Jean was very friendly and helpful-everything we needed was in the house-we would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay so much! Nestled into a picturesque and quiet town. Super easy to get to and from Portland without having to stay in the hustle and bustle of staying directly downtown. The house itself is charming and clean. Felt like we were coming back to our own home every night after exploring Portland and the surrounding cities. Plus, the banana bread was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

We loved this place! It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Wells by car. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely will go back!

The unit was very clean but a bit smaller than I expected. We chose the location because my son lives in Pepperell Mill which is very nearby. It had all listed amenities. A large person may struggle with the small shower. For the size of the space, the owner did a good job with the furnishings and amenities

Scott's place is exactly as described! It's a hotel style bedroom in a house with multiple rooms and a common area with coffee. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was superb. Perfect space for a couple to enjoy neighboring areas, just a short distance from Ogonquit and Kennebunkport.

Exactly what we were looking for. Completed our Maine trip perfectly was close to everything we wanted to go do and see I would highly recommend

Amazing view and location! We loved how convenient this location was to shopping and restaurants. Having never been to Portland, this was a very pleasant surprise for us. Parking in the lot directly next to the building was easy and close. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats was so relaxing. Very comfortable condo and we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, spacious and bright house, with everything you need to be comfortable and explore Portland. At one point we had a problem with the fire alarm and Allyson not only answered in minutes, but also told us how to fix the problem and left us extra batteries so it wouldn't happen again. Don't hesitate to stay at Allyson's, not only is it the ideal accommodation for a family, but Allyson was the best host. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Wonderful little spot very close to the beach. Plenty of places to walk to from the location as well as a short drive to Old Orchard Beach. Would come back in a heartbeat!

The Baxter Suite was perfect for our weekend stay with 4 people. Thomas was a great host- very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The bathroom is gorgeous and beds were so comfy. One note is that the only mirror is in the bathroom and there is no full length mirror (not a huge issue but a small struggle with 4 women trying to get ready at the same time lol). The free parking spot was very nice to have but there was also plenty of street parking available. Overall Thomas’s place had everything we needed and we would stay here again!

We stayed at a few of Spencer's places while our child was at Bowdoin college. The places are lovely and convenient and made visiting our child a pleasure.

Great place to stay for our family of 4. I asked for 3 beds and that request was made possible. I enjoyed the area and it was quiet and peaceful place to rest after walking around the beaches and or state parks. Amenities were very good and communication with the check in team was excellent.
