Don’t think twice on this lakeside retreat! Awesome area with good restaurants and amenities close by. The views and the peace and serenity this home provides is incredible. Was surprised how clean this cabin was especially with being lake front. Couldn’t have been happier booking Peter’s place!!

5 stars doesn’t feel like enough to give this cabin. A thousand stars seems more adequate. My advice: book this place ASAP and keep your itinerary clear as you may not want to leave this incredible, serene escape. Romantic, secluded, beautiful, luxurious, peaceful. It has it all. The most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in! Christian and Ruth have thought of everything! They’re also the most accommodating and responsive hosts we’ve ever had. If they are setting the standard for rental hosts, then everyone else is failing! Already looking at our calendar for the next time we can come back!

We had the most wonderful stay at Jeremiah and Lisseth’s beautiful lakeside cabin! From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed by the thoughtful personalized gifts they left for us. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked, especially the bathroom, which had anything you might need if you forgot something. It was the perfect space for a quiet girls weekend, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Jeremiah and Lisseth were also incredibly easy to communicate with. Quick to respond and so helpful throughout the entire process. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay here! Great location to get away and toast some marshmallows. This was the perfect house for our group and we loved the hot tub and all the games in the basement. Thanks again Jessica!

Dave was an amazing host and he provided the best possible get away for our first wedding anniversary. It was private there is so much beautiful outdoor art to look at and the hot tub was the perfect way to wind down after the day. If there was a 6 star option I would give it this was everything we wanted and needed and then some

This location was perfect! We were close to shopping, restaurants and the beach but it still felt secluded. The outdoor space was stunning! And we even saw some wildlife in the surrounding woods including a fawn! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Charming cabin! We had lots to do although we mostly just relaxed. Catherine was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed! Great central location and the fire pit is magical.

I stayed here with my 4 nephews from 6-12 years old and 8 adults for a family vacation. If you are looking for a great place to relax with family this is ideal. Also the fishing was phenomenal.

Christina’s place is awesome! Cozy, centrally located on the island, and stocked with everything you need for a great stay. We were very comfortable! Loved the afternoon sun on the back deck and having a fire pit out front in the evening. A bonus that it’s dog friendly! Christina was very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back again!

Beautiful home and amazing atmosphere if you love sitting by the water!! If you like waking up and looking out to Beautiful Sebago Lake, listening to the boats go by and sitting with nature this house is for you!!! Jessica and Adam's home is perfect for a family getaway! This was our 3rd time staying at their home and it was amazing just like the first time we stayed! You won't be disappointed renting from Jessica and Adam! Amazing hosts for a beautiful home

We were thrilled with our stay! The house was everything that was promised, the location gorgeous. I was very impressed by how gracious and proactive the owner is; if you have any questions or concerns, they will be addressed immediately, and your happiness and privacy will be of the utmost concern. A definite winner!

Place was really neat and clean. Near the ocean and other New England towns. Felt like a safe neighborhood.

Spent Thanksgiving at the cabin and it was absolutely perfect! Jim met us upon check-in with a welcome basket full of homemade baked goods—they were delicious! Home was stocked with board games and puzzles as well. 10/10 stay.

This is our 2nd year in a row staying at The Beaches Guest Rooms & Cottages. The pictures look exactly like the room you book. Plenty to do in the area, restaurants, etc. Great place to stay overnight or for a few days.

My boyfriend and I wanted to do a little weekend trip before he goes on deployment. We had so much fun! It is a short drive from Old Orchard but there is a trolley service as well. We had so much fun and Wagon Wheel was a great host. Room was clean, organized, and cute! Parking was easy and there is lots to do nearby. I didn't realize there was a pool when I booked, so that was a great plus when we got there!!

We had the absolute best time at MJ’s place, highly recommend !! The house is spatious yet very cozy and quiet, with a nice back porch to sit and enjoy the surrounding woods! Home is also very close to town and to Poryland/coastline, and the cleanest lake to swim in that we’ve ever been to! MJ was very helpful and quick to respond. Stay here! We hope to return sometime soon!!

I had a very relaxing long weekend, just what I needed for a private getaway alone. The home was cozy and comfortable, everything I needed was easy to find. I traveled alone so I would have been a bit more comfortable if there had been curtains or blinds in the main living area, however, they were in all the bedrooms. Privacy at night is just important to me. The location was very private and felt away from the world, the furniture was very comfortable which I find important on a VK anywhere. The host was extremely responsive also extremely. important.

We had an absolutely wonderful time here. So many animals for our toddler to interact with. Very quiet area with lots of nature both on the property and nearby.

If you want to find solitude, this is the place to go. Set in the woods, 10mt drive from Freeport, the A frame cottage was just the place to chill. You could use it as a launching pad for Portland, New Brunswick and Freeport. Bow Market in Freeport offers a wide range of food and beverages.

We really enjoyed our stay! Norma’s cabin was well equipped. The bottled water and Bluetooth, outdoor speakers were especially nice! After our daytime hiking and small town explorations, it was a cozy place to unwind and relax. So peaceful and beautiful. The panoramic view of the lake was fabulous!

We truly enjoyed our time at this Airbnb! It was such a relaxing and unique space! The bath house was also so clean. We would definitely recommend to others looking for a fun place to stay while exploring Portland or the surrounding areas.

Lovely cozy cabin! I went mid-May, which probably isn’t the best time if you want to enjoy local activities. But it is a good time if you want to just relax at the cabin. The host were really nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the cottage was exactly what myself and my two girls needed for the weekend. We had a couple small issues but Paul was very responsive and sent his handyman Mark over in the morning. Mark was very helpful and even let us borrow life jackets for our paddle boards since we forgot the kids jackets. Ordered takeout from the restaurant and it was SUPERB. Easy, convenient and delicious. Thank you, we will definitely be back, hopefully with nicer weather next time!
