In the center of Nice, private room at my home, an apartment at the first floor of an old typical house sunny and bright. In a peaceful small street with gardens views, the whole city is accessible by tram (the stop is 2 minutes away on foots). Pleasant neighborhood life with severals markets, shops, restaurants available in few minutes of walk. Car parks are available near the apartment (some free, others paying). I have 2 cats and my boyfriend can be at home sometimes.

Small nest perfect for a stay for families or groups of friends. This quiet studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Relax on generous bedding with a large double bed 160x200 or two single beds 80x200 (on request) as well as a 2-seater sofa bed. Enjoy an equipped kitchenette, a small dining area and a small bathroom with a shower. Please note that the studio is on the first floor, without elevator (30 steps). Extras: Convertible couch

You'll love this quiet room with a terrace, pool access and your private shower room. The most popular area of Nice, typical of the Côte d'Azur, close to the port, beaches and not far from prestigious sites. Parking for one vehicle is easy and free (secure street). Please note that cleaning and linen fees, which are not included in the price, will need to be paid directly.
