A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

Charming flat, fully equipped, beach only 300m

The place is exactly like pictured and very clean. We arrived early and paid 6 euro per luggage to store at the host’s shop, which we were ok with. The only downside was the AC not working well - the hot air gets trapped right inside, so we had to open the window at night. That’s understandable given its old town. Overall though, we had a good stay.

Awesome location and beautiful space! Right when you exit, there are so many restaurants and bakeries filled with people. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the loft was so spacious and clean. We would definitely stay again. Only note is that if you have a lot of luggage, there is no elevator and the loft is on the 4th floor, but still well worth it in my opinion :)

Bertrands apartment was the perfect place for us to explore Nice and surrounds. It was quiet, despite there being a street below with cafes. The windows were double glazed, so we heard no sound from outside when in the apartment. Great location, perfectly clean and well laid out. Very comfortable bed. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Dining table to eat meals at. Bertrand was flexible with both our arrival and departure times, which was great. He even organised for a local bar to show the Formula 1 race on their big tv screen while we were there. Thanks for a great stay.

It was beautifully kept, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. We especially loved the cozy balcony, and the local recommendations. Every detail, from the complimentary slippers, wine and welcoming book filled with everything a person may inquire about made our stay feel extra special. Your hospitality and attention to detail truly made our trip memorable. Catherine you were so gracious to check in on us throughout our stay to make sure we did not need anything! You even jumped in to assist during our departure when we found it difficult to find an Uber to take us to the airport. What a wonderful 5 days we spent at Salvatore's apartment!!! The apartment is on the 4th floor but thankfully has an elevator which was a godsend for luggage & popping back and forth during the day. The apartment is spacious & airy with 3 balcony doors benefitting from all day long sunshine. Of course the real star is the balcony providing a 180 view of Promenade and sea. Enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of Rosé on balcony whilst watching the world go by was amazing. Modern furniture & soft furnishings throughout. Keys are picked up at a local agency shop. There was no talk of an earlier check in or ability to leave luggage (having arrived on an early morning flight) but this wasn't too much of a hassle for us.. Great location for Cours Saleya daily market ad well as hustle/bustle of the cobbler streets of the old town. We would highly recommend exploring restaurants/ bars just a little bit further away from Cours Salaya which is always jammed with tourists.
