Vacation rentals in Old Man Bay

Amazing place to stay for peace and quiet. Snorkeling gear, pool noodles, float to use. Bring your own cooler as the Styrofoam cooler leaked and was broken. Also, had to buy a beach umbrella due to the one provided being broken and was a miserable first day on the beach without shade. Had to leave there because it did not fit in suitcase. Would have been nice to know to bring some type of shade for beach. Host was hard to understand due to using translation. Some sentences did not make sense. Easy check in/check out. A good 45 min-1hr drive from seven mile beach and most popular restaurants, but nice to be in a quiet area and felt very safe at condo and entire island. Locals were so friendly. Highly recommend renting a car!

David was a great host-always responsive and helpful. The unit is exactly as described-clean and comfortable. The pool is beautiful and the view from the balcony was awesome! We loved our time there and it was hard to leave! Look no further and book this listing!

Excellent place to stay if you like to be off the beaten path. Plenty of space for my family of 6. 30-40min to anything you wanted to do on the island. Frank was always responsive to the few questions we had along our stay. If you like a nice private place to gather the family after a long day of diving, snorkeling or beach time this is the place for you.

How must I sum this up now? It was a last minute booking for me and let me tell you, Tino was very patient and understanding. She was willing to give up her night rest to wait until i gst there in the late hours to check in. I was greeted with a warm welcome. The place was rather clean, comfy and homey. Please dont hesitate to book. I will continue to book with her.

Clean, comfortable villa with amazing views overlooking pool and beach. After a slight hiccup with broken lock on arrival, nearby property manager quickly responded and got things squared away with a new lock. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to this beautiful villa! Ernie’s instructions on surrounding area were spot on. We shopped at the market in Savannah on the way in from the airport and enjoyed dinners at Over the edge and Tukka. Pro tip – use the shopping carts under the stairwell when arriving with groceries and bring everything up via elevator. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great price and excellent location if you want to explore the island (rent a car from budget car rental by the airport). Private room with kitchenette and private bathroom - felt like home. Joshua was very welcoming and friendly. Sad I didn't get a chance to spend time with him and his family but communication is great if you need anything. I felt very safe! Nadine's was perfect! As my first Air Bnb booking I was a bit nervous, but from the initial booking she was very attentive and helpful by reccomending things to do and places to visit on the Island. she also provided me with all the information needed for check in 24 hours before we arrived. Upon arrival we were greeted by her and her husband and it felt like you were visiting an old friend. The home is very spacious, clean and has everything you need! Nadine also went above and beyond when I informed her my 8 month old will be coming along, by supplying items to help make our stay much easier which I really appreciated. located outside of town Nadine's place is the perfect place to enjoy some rest and relaxation while not being too far from everything. Next time i'm on the island I will definetly book here again! - thank you!!

Brooke’s home is incredible. Could not have loved it more and we hope to come back. The view is amazing. We loved the screened in porch and all of the different spots around the property to sit and rest. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and basic spices. We loved having access to kayaks and snorkel gear. As others have said, the ceiling is open between the rooms in the main part of the house and the main bedroom suite is separate (across the porch breezeway)… we didn’t bring our teens this time, but if we did, this would have been an awesome set up for them to stay in the main house, stay up later, and not keep us awake! If we had small kiddos, we would have stayed in the main part. Def recommend driving around the queens highway on the east side to see the whole island!
