Delightful campsite in nature between Maun& Moremi

Come and put your tent in our campsite in nature. We are ideally situated only 40km from Maun but far away from the noise of the city. Semowi is an oasis of calm in nature. We are half way on your way to Moremi Game Reserve and only 4km from Elephant Havens (Baby elephants rescue). The campsite is large with a fire place. You can either sleep on top of your car or put your tent on the floor. You have access to the common ablutions and have a place to clean your dishes.

Really great place to relax after a long drive from South or an off-road tour in Moremi. Very friendly hosts, uncomplicated communication, most beautiful location on the river, clean and lovely decorated facilities and restaurant with a gorgeous river view-100% recommendable!

If you're looking for a good place to stay in the Maun area, Mauri is the place to be. Mauri answers all questions very quickly and in detail. Mauri organized wonderful excursions for us. You don't have to organize the excursions yourself! Just leave it to Mauri. The highlight was a helicopter sightseeing flight. We were picked up by the helicopter directly from the Bell Frog Inn. Mauri's team is very attentive, friendly and respectful. You can feel the good team spirit. The accommodation in the tent was simple, but had everything you need. It was good for slowing down from hectic everyday life. I would especially like to thank Mauri and his team for their help with a problem with our car rental. Mauri told us not to worry. Dear Mauri, dear Paul, dear Allan, dear Emanuel, thank you very much for everything and we would love to see you again. ♥️ P.S. I almost forgot the great pizza. 😜

Great stay at the Bell Frog Inn! They opened the restaurant even though we were the only guests for the two days, and were always there to help us. This accomodation really is a hidden gem in Botswana, that you have to love. We also had a great Mokoro experience in the Delta, just talk to the team and they will arange everything for you. Probably the best price-value ratio of all our stops on the trip.

Olebogeng gave us good directions to find the place and always responded quickly to messages. The hotel is beautiful and impeccably equipped. The rooms are nicely furnished and the kitchen very large and equipped with all fixtures. There was a misunderstanding regarding the price, which fortunately could be regulated.

This is a luxury lodge in everything, and that for a normal price. Beautifull and peacefull location, not to far away from Moremi (appr 2 hrs drive) Happy to have stayed there.
