Relax with the family in the midst of nature on the Simo River! There's plenty of room for kids in the yard. You can walk to the woods from the yard, where there are ready-made trails and traces of a sled in the winter. Walking dogs is also easy in nature. The house has a kitchen, a wood-burning sauna, washrooms, a washer, a dryer, a TV, an air source heat pump, wifi, and a river view of the Simo River. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! New barbecue cabin in the yard and a lean-to on the beach for bonfires!

The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

White House, 15 min. four o'clock.

Cosy, modern house, in authentic countryside setting. Old yard bumps, a stream right behind the house where you can take a dip. A big sunny yard, like a yard for games. House renovated 2022. Modern spaces+good equipment level. Good new double bed and twin beds + couch. Hox! The base rate does not include linens or bath towels. In winter, the outdoor sauna is only available on request. The tub is 120€/ day. No neighbors in the immediate vicinity. A great place for someone looking for a peaceful place.

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
