Preserved early 20th century farmhouse. No luxuries here! Every attempt was made to maintain the integrity of this farmhouse. Its isolated location is a quarter mile from any blacktop road meaning its very QUIET. Located approximately 20 miles from 3 interstate highways (I-88, I-80, I-39), it's easy to travel to and easy to find. Although it's isolated, there are many attractions within an hour's drive of the farmhouse. The house also has an attached garage and screened in breezeway.
