Great location and lots of amenities to keep everyone busy! Condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. There was clear communication and we'll definitely be staying again when we come back to the area!

The condo was nicely stocked and had everything we needed for our family. Extra blankets in each closet and the beds were so comfortable! Easy to find and very close to the mountain we were skiing at for the week. Clubhouse with the pool was also within walking distance which was a huge plus.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Christopher was a helpful host and his place was perfect! Clean, fully stocked, great location. It was close to lots of beaches and restaurants and the pool was great for the little ones

This was our 2nd time staying at a unit hosted by ace on this resort and we will definitely return again! You get that private feel of a home with all the benefits of a hotel, not to mention beautiful Mountain Views when you step right out the door! Great location, 15 mins from Conway and we drove 30 min the other direction for the Mount Washington tour drive and we still wish we could’ve stayed longer. Our dog was more than welcome for a small pet fee. Highly recommend!!

Amazing place! Clean, lots of amenities, and the place had all the basics you could need! I will definitely be referring friends and returning for future trips!

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

We loved this home, it’s in a great location but off the beaten path. Private and peaceful with a wonderful fire pit that we enjoyed almost nightly. We traveled with my son and his fiancé so the two suites one up and one down gave us perfect personal space. There was so much to do nearby with great restaurants and shops. Emily gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant called “Earth at Hidden Pond” which was amazing for our anniversary celebration. We could not have asked for anything more, absolutely amazing!

Jean is a cordial, friendly on site owner manager who takes great pride in her accommodations. No detail is too small to get her attention. Our unit was crisp, clean and delightfully appointed. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and delightful accommodations.

This was a perfect location for our large group of 8 adults and two small children. The layout is very accommodating for big groups aa the second floor is a common area, such that the bedrooms are on quieter floors. There is ample parking and closeby to nearby attractions. Lastly, Alyssa was very responsive and helpful during our stay. One of our favorite airbnbs so far and we hope to stay again in the future.

Amazing host who made sure we had everything we needed for a great weekend with our toddler and dog. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful cottage for our little girls trip away! Great communication to start. The kitchen was very well stocked. They provided everything we needed and more. The beach cart, beach blanket and 2 chairs were an added bonus. A few less items we didn’t need to pack! We loved it was a short walk to the beach as well as the shopping area. Would book again with Scott in the future.

We loved staying at Jennifer and Darcys! We could have moved right in. They have created such a tranquil environment, and you can tell they pour their heart into the space! Even though you are staying behind their house, it is quite private back there, and you are separated by their amazing vegetable garden. They've really thought of every little detail both inside and out. And the bathroom smelled great! Don't think twice!

Dave was an amazing host and he provided the best possible get away for our first wedding anniversary. It was private there is so much beautiful outdoor art to look at and the hot tub was the perfect way to wind down after the day. If there was a 6 star option I would give it this was everything we wanted and needed and then some

I can’t say enough about this experience. The house was a great location for my mother’s 70th and Jennifer went the extra mile (literally) to make this a memorable experience for the celebration weekend. She is so easy to communicate with. Exceptional host, all the way around!

Visited Feb '25 Steep stairs {a delightful New England quirk} lead to a comfortable bed, quaint views out the window. Soft cottage core vibes. Eclectic design steeping in a life well lived. Wonderful kitchen, well stocked and easy to cook in. Shower pressure is adequate. Bathroom is clean and filled with an array of books and tchotchkes. Your eyes always have something to wander and examine. It's a maximalists dream. The book shelf in the living room is filled with old books some titles are expected due to surroundings and some are just plain fun. May I recommend a game of I spy Nina is quite fantastic. A spit fire. An attentive host. Hospitable and kind. She gave it a welcoming vibe. Meeting her animals was truthfully a highlight. They are even tempered and kind. Her horse is stunning & social. The donkey a goof. The mule is oh so friendly. Sheep a bit shy but non the less beautiful. Chickens? fluffy feet! The ducks were personable. The goats, joyful. Cat, adorable. Good workin dogs.

Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. There was a binder of activities and restaurants in the area. Bill is very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions for things to do.

We instantly felt at home! Everything we needed was there, including things that I often bring with me because they aren't usually provided. Erin has set up this house the way you would if you lived there yourself--extra pillows, blankets, bathroom and kitchen towels, kitchen and laundry detergent. Basic spices, coffee and tea, sugar and creamer, every kitchen gadget and utensil. Bath products, night lights, beach chairs and towels. Even a bluetooth speaker and use of their Netflix account! All we needed were a few groceries and some sunshine to enjoy the outdoor spaces and seasonal game room. The house is spacious and charming! Their check-in and check-out methods are easy and they left ample info on how things work in the house and local restaurant and activity recommendations. This is a great location and home. I almost wish we had brought the kids...

The cabin was cozy, the view of the lake was incredible, and Bonnie was a great host!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was incredibly cozy and perfect for our family — comfortable, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location couldn’t have been better: just a short walk to the beach for sun and sand, and close to all the charming restaurants, fun bars, and cute shops in Kennebunkport. It was the ideal mix of relaxation and adventure. We’d absolutely stay here again — highly recommend!

Lisa seems to have thought of everything one might need for living in what is virtually a tiny home. One of the most helpful additions were hooks on the walls. I used these for my coats and bags and anything I wanted to get off the floor and reduce clutter.

Brian is an amazing host. Will respond to messages ASAP. I even had an issue with my car which he kindly helped me with. It is a spacious and beautiful home, highly recommend.
