Monthly Rentals in Ocotillo

This place is dreamy, a rustic getaway yet comfortable. We visited during a storm, we didn’t loose power and we were warm despite being 38F/3-4 C• which was crazy. We did bring extra blankets and that was helpful because it was 7 of us and my mom didn’t feel comfortable having the fireplace on through the night but if that’s not your case you should be totally fine. My mom was happy and she’s never usually happy with things, it was the perfect getaway for us. The restaurants are nearby, local attractions are nearby, the space had plenty of room for the kids - it was great and I’m grateful we visited. We hope we can come back again during the summer to be able to stargaze more. Also shout out to Juana María who was always ready to help when we had questions and to Rosa who answered all my questions.

Casa agave was a cozy and private place to stay out in the desert near Jacumba. Greg was friendly and responsive and gave clear written driving directions which were helpful. The shipping container house felt snug on a windy night and had a great view. We enjoyed waking up and having our morning tea while looking at the desert and being visited by one of the local kitties. There were several places to hike near by and it is also close to the town of jacumba and the hot springs hotel where we ate dinner and soaked in the hot spring pools.

Michael’s place is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of the desert. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the great decor, stylish, thoughtfully curated, and full of character. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. Michael went above and beyond as a host, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. This was easily a 5-star experience and one we won’t soon forget!

I was disoriented from traveling when I arrived and wasn’t as proactive as I would normally be arriving to housing accommodations. I had to contact Karla and she was super responsive! All the details I needed were previously sent but without pause she assisted me with great customer service! The accommodations were amazing. Although, I didn’t utilize the pool; it was available to me. The view was beautiful. I would highly recommend this place.
