Kathy’s place was perfect for our holiday stay! It was cozy and we loved the living room and game room. The beds were firm which we like, but some people might prefer something softer. The neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful which made it a nice place to escape at the end of the day. Also plenty of parking!

It couldn’t have been a more ideal weekend! This is truly a house you’d love to call your own. We spent our daughter’s wedding weekend in Athens here, and we can’t express enough how wonderful the home, the grounds, and our host, Margaret, were. We’re already excited about coming back for football season. We’re so thrilled to have discovered this hidden treasure!

A nice cozy place to stay - close enough to UGA campus to walk when we wanted, but far enough away to be very quiet at night. For the two of us, this was a great place to stay. For a larger group, I think the small bathroom would become restrictive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Josh’s home. It was perfect for a family gathering for our son’s graduation. It was roomy, beautifully updated, and had everything we needed for our stay. It had a long driveway that accommodated several cars. It was located close to campus but far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Josh’s communication was impeccable. Friendly and quick to respond. We felt like we found a gem in Athens and would highly recommend this home.

This place is a great landing spot for a trip to Athens. It's located on a quiet street in a great neighborhood and is close to campus and restaurants. Its is really well thought out in terms of use of space. The kitchen is cute and well-stocked, with lots of storage. The washer/dryer is an added bonus! Although the bathroom is small, it manages to squeeze in some storage (and hooks!) and is clean and stylish. Although I didn't have any problems with it, I could see the small driveway with parking shared with the upstairs unit being a bit dicey. Would definitely stay here again!

This was such a great stay. The best way to describe this place is it felt like visiting a family member’s vacation home. It was homey, comfortable and we loved all the nostalgia, books and decor in the house. It’s not bare, which is what we loved. Location is perfect to campus and downtown. The beds were very comfortable too!

The cottage was exactly what we needed for our staying Athens. It accommodated us well and was conveniently located to everything in Athens. We would definitely stay again.

This host and family were amazing. We were in the area for a church conference and had to be there by a certain time. No problem with an early check in. Then I locked us out, again, VERY helpful. And when our conference went long on the day of checkout, they worked with us for a late checkout. They made it so easy to be able to travel with our dog. I appreciate everything they did for us. Michael, you and your family are the BOMB! 😁 The apartment was beautiful, beds were very comfy and the sheets were the softest. Would definitely stay with them again!

My wife and I stayed here after our wedding and it was a great experience. Super clean and very organized. Jaime and Neil were great hosts!

Enjoyed our stay! Townhouse was just as described. Our kiddos loved the daybed and colorful couch downstairs. Community pool was a plus!

Our son stayed here while attending a summer program at UGA. Will was very responsive and kind. His place is within walking distance of where my son’s classes were. Perfect little spot!

Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to stay in Athens! It’s a short walk to the downtown area and in a quiet/safe neighborhood. Jason was responsive and made our stay amazing!

This place exceeded our expectations. It’s better than the pictures. Best part of this place is the screened in porch surrounded by forestry. We sat out on the porch each night and had breakfast on it every morning. The place was clean and had all amenities needed for a short or long stay. We asked if she had a pack n play for our infant to stay in and it was all set up when we arrived. I kept saying all weekend how happy I was to have booked here. She was very responsive months before our stay and we had immediate responses during our stay whenever I messaged her.. This place is truly a gem.

Great Airbnb if you’re going to Athens, especially if you have business at the university! The place is very nice and pretty clean. I would stay here again if I were to come back to the area.

Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The place was very clean and loved the coffee in the morning! It’s about 1 mile from the stadium and I was expecting it to be just a little bit closer. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay in the heart of dt athens. I’ve lived in Athens for four years. We had to get a last-minute place to say after a massive water leak at our house. We booked our stay at 5 PM, went to dinner at 5:30, and we were able to get into the place at 6:30. Had a great time staying at a part of Athens I don’t usually get to stay in. Lori is really responsive, and this was overall a great mini excursion. I imagine this is spectacular for game days.

This was the perfect space for our visit to Athens - nestled off of one of the main streets. It was convenient, minutes away from campus, clean, comfortable, clutter-free and provided all the amenities needed. Would stay again!

I would definitely stay here again. The apartment was great. Walk to great restaurants pubs and UGA campus. The surrounding area is very cute. Always be aware of your surroundings tho.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!

Great location & we stayed almost a week. Not alot of grass for dog walking but a dog park nearby. The owner was very responsive & we had a nice stay-thanks!

Great place in a great location. Very responsive and accommodating host. Highly recommend this unit for Athens activities. I plan to reserve again this Fall.
