First Airbnb and it was amazing. Very clean, comfortable and just absolutely awesome. My family had an amazing time and Renee is an awesome host. I will be renting from her again.

Brian's place was great for visiting Athens. Quick to get to the university. This was definitely one of the cleaner airbnbs we've stayed at in a while. Very responsive host. Plenty of amenities, and a fun space to hang out with friends. Would definitely recommend, go dawgs.

Such a cute place! We stayed for our daughters orientation at UGA. We didn't get to enjoy the space much but it was very clean and comfortable.

Sweet Acres was a peaceful getaway spot. The house was clean and inviting. We had everything we needed. Mike and Becky are very responsive and kind. We loved our stay.

My family was in Monroe for a wedding. The house provided all we needed for our group. We enjoyed the pool table and had lots of space for sleeping.

Clorinda was an amazing host! Her home was very comfy and had everything we needed! I took a vacation with my mom and 4 kids and everyone had an amazing time! Everyone loved the pool. We also brought our dog and Clorinda even had a crate for him it was perfect! The home has a private backyard with an awesome swingset for kids! The home is not far from restaurants or stores! thank you for sharing your home with us! Georgia has won over our heart.

Our family loved Patrick & Jordan’s place! The amenities were enjoyable, the porch was peaceful and the beds were so comfortable!! The home was spacious. You can tell that they have put a lot of time and energy into restoring and decorating the home. As hosts, I cannot say enough kind things about Patrick and Jordan. They were gracious and responsive. Thank you for hospitality and we hope to return! Town was a close walk. There is a cute park with playground nearby that my kids enjoyed, as well. Be sure to check out the Monroe Pizzeria (delivers too)!

I loved staying here. There were tons of games for the kids to play and plenty of room. Loved sitting on the deck at night watching cars ride by. We also liked being able to cook home meals while we were here. Definitely recommend staying here. We definitely will be again.

Everything was as advertised and then some! I loved the decor and comfortable rooms. So many wonderful books to browse and the back patio is private! Kirk was a wonderful host. The girlfriend reunion was a huge success and they loved the fabulous food at the Expat.

This is one of the cleanest & most adorable Airbnb’s we stayed in. The decor was simple & warm. Every measure was taken to provide comfort & anticipate needs right down to coffee & snacks. There was a large fenced yard with lights, bbq & outdoor seating. The home was perfectly appointed w vaulted main space & 2 bedroom/2bath! The price point was fantastic for a college town on a busy weekend. Literally, the only thing that must be noted is the people in adjacent lot in tents. They were not disruptive, just making themselves at home in a residential area. The owner stated he is taking action to address them. The owner has taken every measure to provide the property with tight security & lights! We would not hesitate to stay here again if returning to Athens.

Becky's place made for a perfect, cozy stay in Athens. Clean space with plenty of room and amenities for a week long stay. The neighbors were nice as well. Thank you!

Highly recommended this Airbnb if you are staying in the Athens, GA area. Hosts are very responsive and helpful with any questions. There are 3 good sized bedrooms which is more than enough room with the living room and kitchen being downstairs for a perfect division of sleep and hanging out. The backyard has a decent size patio to hang out in (fenced in backyard as well). We even had a few deer come hang out with us on the front porch while we were there! It is very close to nearby restaurants and gas stations as well. Very convenient location and will definitely be back!

Great house with room for so many! We were glad to find this rental for UGA graduation - location is a quick drive to campus or downtown. Really close to Mama’s Boy for breakfast! House was big and had everything we needed for a great stay in Athens.

Very nice property. Extremely clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Beds were comfortable. Towels were soft and thirsty. Everything worked great with no issues or complexity - A/C, TVs, coffee maker, etc. Will definitely stay here again!

We were in Athens for the SEC Swimming and Diving Championships. Go Vols! This home was recommended by a friend, who stayed last year during a swim meet. It exceeded all of our expectations. Gorgeous inside, extremely comfortable bedding, very private, top notch kitchen - a well needed break from full days at an exciting swim meet. We spent 5 nights and didn’t want to leave. About 15-18 minutes to the pool. Kelly communicated often and allowed us to check in early. By far, the best Airbnb we have stayed in. We will definitely book again when in Athens.

Kelsey’s apartment is a lovely property. It is clean, beautifully decorated, quiet, the beds were comfy, and Kelsey was flexible with our checking and out times. The location was excellent for our needs; close to campus!

We stayed in Rachel’s place for over two months while our house was repaired after a flood. We were so thankful to have a very comfortable place for our family during this time; it was kid-friendly and dog-friendly, with a little sunroom that became our daughter’s playroom and big fenced backyard for our dog. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials and the bed was comfortable enough for a longer stay. It’s a great in-town location with easy access to normaltown and downtown Athens. Rachel was a great host and was flexible with our check-out date since we couldn’t totally predict when we would get to go home. Overall we had a great experience here, definitely recommend!

This house was very spacious and close to downtown Athens. Host was extremely friendly and accommodating with our early check in request. This is our second time visiting this property and probably not our last.

I again enjoyed the stay. Ellie is a great host!

Repeat renter and will continue to be. Such a special place to stay in the Classic City!
