Great location, quiet backyard on lake, dogs allowed. This is a great place to stay. The kitchenette area was perfect for eating in and retreating from the world. Ronna was attentive and lovely. looking forward to going back

My sister and I had a great stay at Joanne’s AirBnB, she was a sweetheart! Next time I go to Seaside Heights I will stay here! The boardwalk is RIGHT down the street! Cute place! 😃

Ronna was very nice, and the location is great! The room was cute with a clean bathroom. I loved the scenery in the back by the pond. The house / Inn is close to the town and the beach (about a 20 minute walk or a 3 minute drive) There is also a 7/11 at the end of the street if you need anything in a pinch. Walking by the lake across the street is really pretty (especially around sunset), and I suggest it to anyone visiting.

The house was perfect for our little get away. It was a 10 minute ride to the beach for my sons surfing event. The rooms were set up perfectly. It was great having two bedrooms. We each had our own space. The grounds were beautiful. So many flowers and the pool looked great. We didn't use it because we spent the 2 days we were there at the beach. Gayann and her husband were very polite and answered whatever questions we had. Their dog is quiet and so well behaved. You would never know they had one if you didn't see him. The day we arrived it was hot but the A/C's worked fast to cool the rooms down. I love that I was able to park in their driveway. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Near a lot of restaurants and shopping. We already booked our stay for next June..

Exceptionally clean and safe neighborhood. Sarah was so friendly. I felt like I was at my family’s home. The beds were so comfy and the shower was so great!

Beautiful long driveway. designated patio with container gardens, table and chairs and umbrella. parking in the driveway near the entrance. big open field next door our dogs loved to play in. small deck with chairs and a grill. indoors was spacious clean and comfortable. beautiful updated kitchen and bath stocked with all your needs. tv games and books for entertainment. and a desk for remote work. friendly responsive hosts.

I had a great stay! The place was very clean, in a safe and convenient location, and exactly as described. Sarit was an excellent host - super responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

The property is absolutely beautiful. Hector made us feel like family, respected our privacy, yet was readily available when needed. What a wonderful stay!

5 stars! Gregory was an amazing host. My girlfriend and I stayed for 7 days, 6 nights. Checking in and out was super easy. The apartment was very clean, private, and cozy. It also had an outdoor shower and washer/dryer. It was within walking distance to the beach. We were able to securely store our bikes in their garage. They provided beach chairs, umbrella, beach passes, and towels. We did not use the kitchen that much but it had everything you would ever need. Since we were not that familiar with the area, Gregory kindly provided his recommendations to restaurants, bars, etc. If you are looking for a quiet, clean, and organized beach to relax during the day - Spring Lake is a lovely place to be. Great breakfast spots and shopping in town. At night we would visit the surrounding towns which have plenty of restaurants, bars, live music, boardwalks, shopping, and nightlife to keep you busy for more than a week.

This rental is the lower level of a duplex. Getting into the unit was easy and having a designated parking spot just a few feet away from the entrance was great. The unit is SPOTLESS, and I don’t use that word lightly. The unit has everything one would need for a stay, including high-quality pots and pans(if you love to cook). Having the washer/dryer was so convenient and there were even really nice hangers in each closet. I should mention that my Mother and I both use walking devices (walker and rolator) and we needed to leave them in the car because they were too bulky to use in the unit. We made it work, but If you have more than one person in your group that relies on a walking device, this might not be the best match for you. The property is located within walking distance to the beach, marina, shops, restaurants/bars. This is a great spot for 2 adults, or for a couple with a child. I highly recommend this adorable and immaculate unit, and Andy was always friendly and responsive.

Everything was perfect. Home was clean and spacious and perfectly located between the beach/ boardwalk and the bay.
