My family and I had a truly enjoyable stay at this beautiful bayfront home. The setting was peaceful and relaxing, with stunning views that made for a perfect getaway. The house was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a stress-free stay. Bethany was exceptionally friendly, responsive, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. We highly recommend this home and would love to return!

This stay was among our favorite for sure. The proximity to the beach, having the shore next to us was great. Host-wise, the communication from them and all the team needed was on point.

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

Great apartment! Clean and spacious. Walk to pier and beach. Quiet neighborhood with police presence so we felt safe. Jennifer was super responsive, nice and she is not apart of a corporate airbnb group. I would recommend staying here, and would stay here again if I return to the shore. Great deal as well.

Nothing can beat these views! Beautiful sunrises from the balcony. A family of swans came by each day and tons of crabs caught! Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to take out the kayaks but there was a nice park a short walk away on the waterfront. Jessica was very responsive and made the process seamless! 🌟🌟

The house is on a quiet road, very walkable to Bay Village. 1 block from the bay and a few from the beach: The location can’t be beat! Deck has a nice gas grill and great view of the bay. Lovely to sit out on the deck for morning coffee. House was clean. We hope to be back next year!

We had a great time staying in the home, the location is great, house is clean and view is amazing. The host really paid attention to detail to ensure we gad a great experience, they even left a small cake since I mention it was my wifes birthday! I highly recommend staying here

The house is well designed to accommodate 12 people. We celebrated thanksgiving together here and it was perfect to all be in one area of the house to enjoy dinner, games, and conversation. The balcony has ocean view and the beach is right there. It’s a wonderful house with a very responsive and friendly host. We all had a marvelous time and felt right at home.

Sharone exceeded expectations from before arrival. She was an excellent communicator, and was willing to accommodate adjustments due to a change in my travel schedule. During my stay, I found the Condo to be a very clean and modern accommodation. From spare essential items, to a wireless phone charger (which I needed!), the host had everything that was needed. Located in Seaside Park, two beach badges were included complimentary, and there was no noise from the boardwalk. While I was mainly working on my laptop as a staycation, wonderful restaurants are within a short walking distance. The host, Sharone would be more knowledgeable on this, and I recommend this host, and this accommodation.

What a great place to stay. Steven and his wife are very thoughtful people and me and my husband had a great stay. We def will be going back. It was in a quiet part of seaside with plenty of parking. A true 5-star property and host. An amazing house in a beautiful area surrounded by water with access to a private beach. The house has been recently remodeled with a private king-size bedroom/bath. A second king size bed and 2 other bedrooms. The open kitchen and sun room are perfect places for a family to hang out and have meals. The amazing deck has a beautiful heated swimming pool, hot tub, kayaks and access to the waterway that runs through the neighborhood. The house has multiple tv’s including one on the deck outside. The house is in a lovely section of Mantoloking not far from restaurants and close to Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights attractions and boardwalks. My multi-generational family of 6 had a wonderful time and appreciated Donovan’s quick responses and superb communication. He was a wonderful host and we would definitely want to return again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Juliann was a delightful host! She was very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. This was a multi generational get away for my family and we had everything we needed. This home is a great hangout spot on the not so beach friendly days. Our group ranged from 3- 80 years old and everyone was well entertained. The proximity to the beach and all beach amenities provided through the rental, made it easy to come down for a whole week with fewer things. We hope to stay here again next year!! We had the perfect stay at Britt’s Barnegat Light bungalow! The location was quiet and walkable to a park, the bay beach and playground, the ocean beach, lighthouse, restaurants, ice cream, mini golf and more. The house itself was bigger than expected with lots of space to gather and relax. Good working AC and laundry, which are a must when traveling with kiddos! Zero complaints. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time there.

David's home was beautiful and provided great views of the beach. The home was clean and cozy with enough space for us all.

Great place to stay. Super clean, close to the state park and restaurants. Perfect little getaway for our family of 3. The area that the house is in is also very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the sunset.

It was our second year staying here and was just as great. We did not have the best weather but with the toys and Playset at the house, it entertained the kids and we were able to enjoy our time off the beach.

Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

I was so comfortable in Donna's house.. Her bed's you could sleep all night?. Neighborhood extremely quiet. But nice and clean. I would so love to stay here again when I come up to New Jersey. Donna thank you for all you do.

This Stafford Township property proved excellent for our needs. It was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well-equipped, the bed and living room comfortable. The house is elevated on pilings, so the outside deck provides great views of the bay and marshland. Two good restaurants are a short walk distant. Despite inclement weather, LBI, Tuckerton, and nearby surroundings provided more to explore than we could manage within a few days. Clear, timely communication with the owners made this visit effortless.
