Vacation rentals with lake access in Ocean County

This was by far the BEST airbnb my group has ever stayed at. My group of friends and I vacation together at least 3 times a year and we have never enjoyed a stay as much as we did at Lori’s place. Lori and Aaron were very accommodating and responsive if we needed them. Not only did they have snacks waiting for us when we arrived, they had all essential home necessities that most places don’t take into consideration for their guests. One of our personal favorite parts was the assortment of coffees they had for us as well. The property itself is absolutely stunning and clean. They had things like bikes, kayaks crab nets, and a suggestion book that gave us plenty to do. The house itself is comfortable and has tons of space. Super dog friendly as well. The money we spent on this house was affordable and well worth it. Words cannot explain how wonderful our trip was. We would love to book again in the future and cannot thank them enough for their amazing hospitality!

Great stay with my family. Our kids loved the beach and the neighborhood is immensely walkable. The house is small but super clean and has all the necessities. Marc even offers a list of local recommendations for guests and his picks were always spot on -- from the restaurants, to the bagel shop, to the ice cream store. Easy checkout, too.

Views from the living areas were outstanding. Exactly as pictured. Cool cross breezes in the backyard were perfect. Comfortable spaces The beds were very comfortable. Good size kitchen. Would stay here again!

Immaculate house one block to beach. Very responsive owner, had a problem with the grill and it was quickly replaced. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Absolutely pristinely clean. It is on a quiet street but fyi, congested with street parking. The beds were very comfortable. We did have some confusion getting in, but it was because of rain and darkness. We were unfamiliar with bringing our own linens because it is uncommon in our region but we know that it is common for Jersey shore. We did wish we’d brought hand and kitchen towels, totally forgot, so bring a couple! There were lots of paper towels and plenty of hand soap. We appreciated the vacuum for crumbs. Felt safe and so clean, would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip to visit with family. The location was great! We walked everywhere. The back sitting area was so peaceful and beautiful at sunset. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Elena’s place was incredible. The house had every convenience, amenity and comfort we could have possibly asked for. There were so any fantastic touches from a welcome gift, to wonderful linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen needs and beach chairs and umbrellas. It was impeccably clean and so thoughtfully updated, maximizing every inch of space. The location was absolute perfection, literal steps to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. It was the ideal house for our family of four. Elena’s communication and responsiveness could not be beat and she communicated to us a number of times throughout our stay that she was available for anything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning!

Jared’s airbnb was perfect for our group of friends who were on LBI for a wedding in Barnegat Light. Conveniently located near Viking Village and How You Brewin’ and easy access to the beach. The house was spacious and setup well to accommodate group gathering while keeping the sleeping areas separate. Thank you Jared for an easy weekend on LBI!

Host was flexible when I needed some tweaks to accommodations. She was clear and open about other guests on the property. She offered extra towels or anything else needed. Stopped by to say hello and welcome me to the cottage. Neighborhood and lodging were as expected since I am familiar with the area. I will stay here again! Love the short walk to the lake and ocean and bagel store!

Stayed a long weekend. The loft in the house was a perfect kids hangout (9 & 11). The location was a few minute walk to the beach and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, pickleball and more. Michael was very responsive and helpful to allow us to get one good beach day in on a dreary weekend. Even with undesirable weather, it was a great vacation.

Stayed here for a long weekend with my husband and two kids. Loved the proximity to the beach. All of the neighbors were very friendly and overall the stay was very peaceful!

We stayed for a weekend at NJ shore escape and although the weather was not as warm as we had wanted, our stay was wonderful. The home is very comfortable, clean, and homey. We were able to use the hot tub on our first night, and it was very relaxing with the waterfront view. Salvatore was easy to reach and provided good info on what restaurants and shops were in the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay near the Jersey shore, minutes from LBI and Atlantic City by car. We would love to come back when the weather is warmer.
