Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Links dann hohe Decken, ein hochwertiger Holzboden und grosse Fenster, dazu ein Schreibtisch und ein neues, richtiges Bett.

The apartment is situated on the third floor, with a small balcony overlooking Giesingerplatz. There are several supermarkets less than 200m away, as well as a train, subway and bus station around 50m away (Giesinger Bahnhof). It has a lot of light. Since it is my permanent residence all my belongings are there at all times, but there is free space in the closet and drawers. It is perfectly for teleworking, with a big desk, two work chairs and fast wifi connection.

Cosy room in 2-room-flat. You will have a quiet space with a comfy double bed & shared bathroom and kitchen. Please respect my neighbours & me and don't slam the doors. It is a quiet house. The public transport connection is very convenient: 2 min to S-Bahn (St-Martin-Str.), 100m to the tram, 10 min to a subway (Untersbergstr.) 26 min with public transport to Octoberfest (S bahn to Ostbahnhof and then U5 to Theresienwiese)

My attic apartment is located on the top floor of a row house and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in this beautiful city. The neighborhood has cute coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance. The Ubahn (subway) is a five-minute walk, and you can be at the Hauptbahnhof central station in 15 minutes.

Gemütliche, helle Altbauwohnung im Herzen von MUC

Hallo liebe Unterkunftssuchende :), ich vermiete meine schöne Altbauwohnung. Altbau, hohe Decken, Fischgrätparkett... Alles drin was man so brauchen könnte, denn ich habe hier mal selbst gelebt. Schön zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Sehr gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. U-Bahn/ Bus und Tram liegen direkt vor der Türe. Mitten in der Stadt, aber dennoch im Grünen. Familien und 4-Beiner willkommen :)...

Das kleine jedoch sehr geräumige Apartment in der 4. Etage mit Aufzug bietet alles was für einen längeren Aufenthalt gebraucht wird. Es ist zentral gelegen. Die U-Bahn Station ist in 5 min zu Fuß, Bus direkt vor dem Haus, S-bahn Station in 5 min erreichbar. Die Fenster zeigen zum ruhigen Innenhof und von dem Balkon lässt sich der Sonnenuntergang und der Blick zur Innenstadt Richtung Olympiaturm genießen
