Quiet city location with highway connection south (A8) and fast tram connection to the city center. It is a spacious, modern apartment with kitchen equipment and 40 m² garden with terrace in a south-facing location. Perfect for discovering Munich and coming to rest in the apartment in the evening. My family and I take care of check-in and are available for questions at any time.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. In the middle of the city and yet so green. On the sixth floor, this pretty nest is right next to Wilrampark. The Karl-Preis-Platz subway stop is right around the corner. Kitchen and bathroom are very bright and spacious for a 1.5-room apartment. Through the gallery as a cozy sleeping area, the living room offers space for social coziness.
