Our vacation home is conveniently located in southern Upper Bavaria in the district of Miesbach in an organic farm. The region has a lot to offer: mountains and numerous lakes, wonderful nature, but also architecturally interesting cities and buildings. All of that awaits your outdoor adventures, experiences, and sightseeing. Free Wi-Fi is available, as is parking. A special highlight of the apartment is the sauna and hot tub in the garden. Our Shetty's are also looking forward to a visit.

Apartment "Heuberg" in the Inn Valley

1-room apartment on the first floor of an apartment building. It is great for active vacationers. Hikes and bike tours in the surrounding mountains can be started directly from the front door. An outdoor swimming pool is in the immediate vicinity. In winter, several ski and toboggan areas can be reached within about 20-40 minutes. It is conveniently located between Rosenheim and Kufstein and can be reached via the highway. Munich and Salzburg can be reached in about 1 hour.

The 90 m² Bavarian-style suite includes 2 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances and utensils, a sauna, 2 bathrooms (one with a hot tub) and a furnished balcony. Inductive charging stations, TVs with soundbar, luxurious beds, one of which can be used as a twin bed or queen size bed. Work areas and a bio-thermat sauna for 2 people ensure comfort. Bathrooms offer XXL rain showers, hair dryer and toiletries.

Fully equipped apartment in the hotel - about 60 square meters divided into one bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen and dining area as well as the bathroom. The apartment has a surrounding balcony. Feel free to use the in-house Strandbad incl. Use the sunbathing lawn and bathing jetty. Our extensive breakfast buffet can be booked comfortably in the hotel for an extra charge (18 EUR per person; children 0-5 free; children up to 12 years for 9 EUR).
