We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful flat in Munich! The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The space itself was stylish, comfortable, and spotless. It felt like a true home away from home. Madsen was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Munich.

Ich habe eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Apartment gehabt. Es hat mir wirklich gut gefallen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pfanzeltplatz und die umliegende Gegend sind wahnsinnig erholsam, vielseitig und man hat fußläufig alles wichtige im Umkreis. Lisa ist eine super Gastgeberin, die schnell reagiert und äußerst höflich kommuniziert. Da es ein älteres, denkmalgeschütztes Gebäude ist und dementsprechend die Dämmung bzw. Schalldichte nicht auf neusten Stand ist, kann es für Menschen, die geräuschempfindlich sind, manchmal störend sein, da man Schritte und Tritte aus dem oberen Stockwerk hört.

Very close to many of Munich's world-class attractions and museums, this studio is a perfect home base to see the best Munich has to offer and get some needed respite after a long, fulfilling day out on the town. Clean, and well-kept space, with a full kitchen. You'll feel local and you will be, located in a quiet neighborhood just distant enough from the tourists to afford peace, with local grocery stores, fuel stations, and restaurants close by, including a very good Italian restaurant that is a short walk outside. Along those lines, you'll find several big wide open green spaces near the apartment and tree-lined river and stream walks. Great journeys after a morning coffee, and to give you a charge to start your day. All and all, right on key.

Great location close to Old Town and the river. The space worked very well for our family of four. We enjoyed the neighborhood and restaurants and recommend this rental!

We loved our stay at Jans place. It was so functional and much larger than we expected. The bed was the most comfortable we have had, which resulted in much needed sleep and rest. Great location restaurants and shopping very close by. Jan was great host too, we had slight problem and it was fixed instantly 🙂 Highly recommend this accommodation.

El apartamento es grande y cómodo, la cocina es amplia y está muy completa, para quien gusta de cocinar en la estadía es una cocina genial! Ingrid y su esposo fueron muy amables en su atención y siempre respondieron rápidamente a nuestras necesidades. Sin duda los recomendamos! 😊

Wir hatten einen tolle Zeit in dem Haus von Annika und Nicolai. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gewählt für alle die ein Auge für Kunst und Design haben gibt es viel zu sehen. Auch der Balkon ist sehr gemütlich und läd zum verweilen ein. Die Gastgeber waren sehr gut zu erreichbar und gaben gute Tips für Restaurants. Auch halfen sie direkt als ein Licht nicht mehr ging. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A lovely place to stay. We loved spending time on the patio and looking out at the beautiful view. Lots of space to relax in. All the bedrooms are stunning and spacious. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Munich.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Munich! The space was spotless, comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and charming neighborhoods. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Munich. Highly recommend!

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Maria in Geißach! Die liebevoll ausgebaute Hütte im Alpenstil ist ein echtes Juwel – sehr gepflegt, gemütlich und idyllisch am Ende eines Einsiederhofes gelegen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage am Berg, umgeben von Streuobstwiesen, in denen man entspannt im Schatten sitzen und den Kälbchen zusehen kann. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend, besonders für unseren kleinen Sohn: Babyreisebett, Hochstuhl und sogar ein Treppengitter – alles war vorhanden und in bestem Zustand. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten bei Aldi oder DM, und auch die Umgebung bietet viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Maria war eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, bei der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ludwig was always readily available and responsive. His home was nice,clean, and very livable. It made for a nice home base to explore Bavaria.

Rosalind und Ihre Familie waren sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns zu jeder Zeit willkommen gefühlt. Es war toll, dass gegen Bezahlung das Auto direkt am Haus geladen werden konnte. Auch konnten wir Wäsche waschen, was in unserem Fall eine echte Hilfe war. Also rundum ein toller Service! Meine Familie hat auch den schönen Garten und den Naturteich sehr genossen. Und obwohl es die Tage sehr warm war, ging auch die Temperatur im Dachgeschoss, dank der individuell angefertigten Verdunkelung :-) Rundum ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Vielen lieben Dank dafür!

Der Check-In war unkompliziert und die Unterkunft den Angaben entsprechend. Gerade für eine größere Gruppe ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden bereitgestellt. Die Anbindung zur S-Bahn ist mit dem Bus alle 30 Minuten ausreichend. Wer später als 01:00 Uhr aus München zurück fahren will, muss warscheinlich auf ein Taxi/Uber zurückgreifen. Sonst ist Lage sehr angenehm und ruhig. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt mit allem was man sich wünscht.

Nadine’s place is beautiful! Located in a peaceful and breathtaking little neighborhood, Nadine was always responsive and very friendly, it was a very nice stay.

Anna was a sweetheart to communicate with. Her space is as listed, and the location couldn’t get any better! You could walk to great locations such as ‘Reichenbachbrücke’ which is a bridge that hangs above a river/park where people picnic and listen to live music to, just a couple of blocks away! Anna gave recommendations upon request and was a pleasure to communicate with. Her space is as homey as you’ll find! Highly recommend and the price was great!

Stayed here for a period of 45 days. Very comfortable and homely. Decor has a very personal touch . Peter is very helpful and always available for any help. We had fresh fruits , juices and treats in store. The kitchen is well equipped . Supermarket is 5 mins walk away . Apartment is not too big but has ample of organised storage space . Overall , comfortable stay .

The apartment is located about 5-10min walk from the Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn Station providing peace and quiet at night. There is also the Motorama Shopping plaza above the station with has an Aldi, HIT, DM, and other conveniences. The apartment is cozy, with a Murphy bed (to generate extra space), couch, TV, Balcony, small kitchenette area and is comfortable for 1-2 people. Adi was very proactive, provided clear instructions and even provided us with a week’s worth of water bottles, juices, and chocolates which was a very nice gesture. Overall, it was a good experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Die Wohnung war super, optisch sowie Ausstattung war sehr gut. Auch die Lage zum Starnberger See war für uns sehr passend.
