We only stayed one night while attending a softball tournament at the University of Oregon, but it was just what we needed for a great night's rest. Quite, private and conveniently located. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!!

Nice and peaceful stay in Springfield. We walked to the coffee shop and went for a run on the trail. We appreciated the amenities and complimentary goodies. I guess I missed that this was a duplex and all three beds share a bathroom, but it's a historic house and it worked out fine. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Springfield, which is just outside of Eugene.

Super cozy spot. Clean and organized. Cute signs for various things around the place. Quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Only thing to be aware of, which is in the listing, is that the floor above does creak as people move around and you can hear people walking around. There was earplugs provided if that is bothersome. Prompt and friendly responses! I would definitely recommend staying here.

The Ruby Room studio apartment is a good little “home away from home”. It’s in a great location, near the best of downtown Eugene & very close to the university. The rooftop patio is lovely on a nice day and it feels clean, safe & secure. Neighbors are friendly & entry is straightforward if you follow all the steps in the instructions. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen & bath are well stocked with all the necessities & more. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot as well. Whole Foods is next door for groceries. We enjoyed Pardita across the street for tacos, margs and live music. Nearby Osteria DOP was a favorite as well. Great pizza!! Dining hours can be tricky in Eugene and things tend to close fairly early. The Saturday morning market is not to be missed! This is a solid option in Eugene if you prefer hotel alternatives.

We enjoyed our stay in Gail’s apartment in Lowell, OR. It is a very nice, quiet neighborhood with a spectacular mountain and water view! The apartment has a quaint patio with colorful landscaping and table and chairs to enjoy the view. There is a separate entrance with keyless entry. The rooms are simple with all the items you may need. The bathroom has an extra large shower and two separate sinks. Perfect for our graduates getting ready for their big day at University of Oregon. Gail was flexible, easy to communicate with and timely with her replies. Thanks for the stay!

Loved staying and look forward to another opportunity to stay at this location. Convenient location close to lots of things. Also, they were very responsive and helped quickly with any questions I had. Very much appreciated and can't wait to stay again

Initially we had a bit of a hiccup but Nickolas was very responsive and addressed the issue. The location is very walkable to downtown, great restaurants and nightlife. If the college nightlife is your vibe, this is the place to be! If it is not you should consider bringing some earplugs especially if there happens to be a university event which gives cause for celebration, but the beds and pillows are super comfy.

Awesome spot! This was my first time booking an Airbnb and it definitely set the bar high. It had everything we expected and then some. Would totally stay again if we’re ever back in Eugene! Thank you, Kelly!

It was a PERFECT experience! I would def rent again if back to Eugene … so clean, quaint, easy to walk to Hayward and local restaurants there! Melody was so quick to respond and helpful with recommendations! The place was spotless and stocked bathroom, kitchen, laundry! The neighbors and home owners above us were so quiet!

The property was absolutely beautiful and the bed/couch were incredibly comfortable. Rochelle was easy to work with and we loved having such a tranquil place to come back to after all the bustle of graduation activities. It was just lovely.

I made somewhat of a last minute plan to visit my son, a UO senior in Eugene, and see a football game. I was lucky enough to find Lia’s place in a neighborhood I like, a short walk to downtown, some good breweries and restaurants and close to transit. Although it’s a basement apartment, the place had windows and plenty of natural light. It was sparsely but adequately furnished and had great internet. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment but it was comfortable and a good space to relax when not visiting my son.

Kathy and her family were excellent hosts! They have a beautiful new rental in the hills above the University of Oregon campus, yet you could walk if needed. Stellar sunsets from the porch! Peaceful surroundings. The beds are excellent - we slept so well. My family and I will always look to see if Kathy's place is available when we come to Eugene. Thank you, Kathy and Family!!

We’re usually hesitant to stay in places that are part of a bigger house (i.e. guest house, studio, etc) or places that allow animals, but this spot was PERFECT. It was immaculately clean and Amanda was super responsive and even let us check in early. The only tip we have is to leave the porch light on if you’ll be returning at night time. There are no street lights which made finding the house in the dark a little tricky. Otherwise, checking in is very simple! And we cannot recommend this place more. We would love to return.

Perfect in every way! The apartment was clean and well-appointed. The bed is comfy and the bath towels are super soft. A dream of a stay! I have also rented the barn apartment on the same property. All of my stays have been wonderful! Julie and Mark are exceptional hosts! They are very kind and gracious and go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. Julie is a deeply caring, generous, and honest woman. She is an inspiration. I was treated like family. Even my cat was treated like family! Their property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The horses are beautiful and friendly. Wildlife is abundant such as deer, frogs, and birds, including wild turkeys. So peaceful! I truly enjoyed my time here. I can’t wait to return! I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. From the time you arrive to the time you leave; not only will you be staying in the most extraordinary accommodation, you will be treated with kindness and respect. They are amazing people!

Lovely spot for a visit. The hot tub was FANTASTIC. Rich was SUPER responsive. Nice quiet neighborhood. There was actually a football and baseball game that weekend, but we couldn't tell from their house, and traffic wasn't an issue in their neighborhood at all.

Clear instructions and the best deal in town! We will definitely be coming back!

Once we found the place, this is an amazingly comfortable and charming little suite. The bed was awesome. It is a little hard to navigate to the entrance even with clear instructions. Walking down stairs in the yard around the side of the house was a little odd at first but this place was worth the effort. The walkout basement location looks out onto a beautifully landscaped yard with a sitting porch. Greg was very easy to work with and helped me out when my reservation needed to change and then change back. He was very gracious about the whole situation.
