An excellent stay. To start with, the place is a LOT bigger than the pictures suggest! It’s decorated well and you immediately feel calm on entering. The kitchen is absolutely huge dominated by a nice island. The bedrooms are large and beds pretty comfortable. We had a great stay overall.

Absolutely fantastic little hide away. Just what my wife and I needed to unwind for the weekend. Might just have to book another visit, it was that good

Beautifully renovated barn with so many personal touches, everything was absolutely perfect. Nicki and Ian were wonderful hosts; warm welcome and everything we needed. We had a great stay at Paul's house. We found everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The house is very well equipped and the surroundings are peaceful. There was always space to park in front of the house. The weather was warm, so we were able to enjoy the beautiful garden full of flowers. Paul was always proactive and very responsive whenever we needed anything. We totally recommend staying at his place!

This cottage is what fairytales are made of ….absolutely gorgeous. Cozy and very well decorated . Our host Suz was very attentive and went above & beyond to make us feel at home . If I could live somewhere it’s certainly be this cottage . We felt emotional checking out what can I say….10/10

Great place to stay. Comfortable & clean with good facilities. Good location to access plenty of local events/ sightseeing. This was our second stay here with our dogs & would highly recommend.

We were looking for a quiet last minute getaway over the festive period with our cat and the house was perfect for that. Easily accessable transport links and local amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets. Don and Amos were both really attentive and gracious hosts. The communication was brilliant and they were all really friendly and flexible with checkout times. The extra thought with the Christmas Card and vegan snacks was also lovely. Any questions or issues were resolved promptly. Definitely recommend this house and Little Piggy Rentals for guests :)

We had a lovely stay in this quiet, cosy loft right in downtown Melbourne. Loft is just off the Main Street in a very quiet alley and was a wonderful home base for picking up the bus to download festival and there were several charming businesses within walking distance. The loft was clean and tidy, everything was in good working order and it was a comfortable place to relax after a long day of sun and music. Would definitely book this property again.

Great location in a pretty and peaceful village. Provided a much needed relaxing break. Enjoyed the nearby walk accessed through the church yard with the view of the countryside beyond. Clock Cottage is a well thought out property. Open plan, providing comfort and calm. All essentials plus added extras; the luxury of the rolled top bath & bath robes, a welcoming box of treats & drinks. Fairy Lights added a cosy glow above the bifold doors at night. There's also a great spacious bathroom with a fab shower. Can easily divert between the rainfall and hand shower heads, with plenty of hot water. Loved the beautiful garden and patio area. Private access from on street parking right outside through a separate gate with stones and level paving leading to the bifold doors. Established beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers edge the property and grounds with a lovely large lawn to enjoy in the sunshine. My dog did! Rutland Water is a short drive away. Will return to explore more.

Sally's condominium in Winwick was so lovely! Looked just like the photos. Sally was super helpful and responsive during our stay. The condo was super clean and super cozy. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will hope to stay there again when we stop by Crick again!

Great location. Well-appointed flat with two bathrooms. All amenities. Only gripe was that they added over forty quid for cleaning every day. Initially I thought flat was just 91 quid per day but actually it's £130. Not that that's unreasonable it's just a bit annoyingly unexpected.

This is my fourth visit and Julie is a lovely host. The instructions for arrival and check in were very clear and she was very flexible when I needed an early check in one week. The accommodation is clean, quiet and private and has everything I need. I would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in this area.

A beautiful, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated annex with an adjoining patio looking onto a beautiful English garden and countryside. Excellent instructions on beautiful walks of the local area and my only regret is we didn’t have longer to try them all out! So much care and attention had gone into making it home from home being extremely well equipped and even leaving a fruit bowl,coffee, tea, biscuits, fresh milk ( even a choice of different plant based milks for those who wanted )and even Danish pastries and croissants in the freezer for breakfast. I really couldn’t recommend this place more highly ! Thankyou.

I was amazed, as others have been before me, at the generous number of provisions provided to make anyone’s stay easy and comfortable. I kept finding more each day. It is quite unusual but implores such gratitude from a visitor and makes it feel like the host is a caring person. I was also amazed at the accommodation itself because it is well planned and offers so much in a small space. It was quiet there and the bonus was being able to park on the premises. I would recommend this place.

We stayed here as a group of 4 for 2 nights as we had a friends wedding at Rushton Hall which was only a 15 minute Uber away. It was absolutely perfect, the place was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed! We would highly recommend it!!

I have stayed at Tim’s place before and every time I stay it’s just perfect. The bed is really comfortable and the shower is nice to use. I will be back when I’m in the area again
