Beautiful cabin of private acreage

Guyton couldn't be a nicer host. The cabin was just as described and the views were incredible. what a great reprieve from Phoenix heat to have a location with a river running and pond on site. it was super fun to try our hand at the fishing, even though the fish were smarter than us, we got to see them jump. we would love to come again.

Thank goodness we booked this house! Our family of four (2 adults + a 16 year old boy and 13 year old boy) planned to go skiing and snow boarding but the weather did not cooperate. With no snow, we were so thankful to have booked a house with everything we needed for a vacation with or without snow. Our boys said they cannot wait to go back- they loved the foosball, pool table, and outdoor basketball the most. And the many board games to compete against their parents were also plusses. The house is in a quiet area that makes you feel like you are all alone and yet you are within minutes of the quaint town of Greer with some fun food options, including our fave -Edelweiss. There is also easy access hikes for all experience levels within minutes. We cannot wait to come back.

Guyton’s place was wonderful! It was very close to our project site, worked great for our crew, and Guyton was an extremely great host! Super accommodating, kind, and had so much grace when our travel plans changed. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

The best AirBNB we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in Any!) Clean, well Appointed, peaceful. Shannon provided thoughtful amenities and the sign personally welcoming us was a lovely touch. Morning greetings from her cats were a great addition to Coffee on the porch with a lovely view. We are hosts ourselves so tend to notice when someone try cares and strives to provide such a great experience.

What a beautiful cabin to spend good Friday and easter Sunday with the family. I spend a lot of time in the white mountains and have stayed at a few locations in Nutrioso, Alpine, and Greer. This one is definitely in my top three. This was such a beautiful property. A nice rustic cabin with the amenities of home, the kiddo loved the pool table and game room. I will definitely be coming back with the family.

Kristi's place did not disappoint in any sense. The cabin was clean, warm, and inviting. When she says her kitchen is fully stocked, it's true! I brought things with me to cook that I didn't even need because they were already there. The cabin was beautifully and comfortably appointed and well kept. It definitely made our first visit to Greer cozy and enjoyable. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in this quaint little mountain town, and I would absolutely stay here again. Our stay was wonderful! The cabin is perfectly located; private, great views and a pond right out back, but also very convenient just steps away from Molly Butler Lodge, the most amazing restaurant in Greer. The cabin is very comfortable and homey, and has all of the modern amenities if needed. The extra thought that went into providing paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, coffee, etc. was a nice surprise and made for an easy trip. We would definitely stay again in the future!

We loved our stay here so much! It was the perfect little getaway. This home had beautiful views and is a very well done modern cabin! There are walkable restaurants and I highly recommended checking out sunrise park resort as well!

Shannon's cabin was a wonderful place for us to stay and relax. The interior space was larger than it looked in the photos and it was so nice to walk over and sit by the small river. She and Sam were great to work with and had the cabin ready for us to have a great stay; from the comfy bed & linens, to a well stocked kitchen (we really appreciated the sharp kitchen knives!) We loved how secluded the South Fork area is, yet how close to stores it is too.

We loved our stay at the Brookside cabin! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need for cooking and baking. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. My daughter had so much fun on the playground, collecting pinecones near the creek and river, and visiting the cows and chickens. The cabin is incredibly cozy and we appreciated how clean it was. We arrived home about 2 days ago and my daughter is already asking to go back! We definitely plan to return soon. If you are looking for a cozy, comfortable, and relaxing place, I’d definitely recommend the Brookside cabin.

Our second stay at the cabin. Love the area. The cabin is clean perfect for our stay. Wifi worked perfect. A very quiet area. Watched the elk walk through. A nice walking trail to take the dog.

We will definitely be back! This was such a gem in the heart of Greer. Jon was absolutely incredible and responsive at every turn of the trip. We came upon zero issues and had a splendid time. The kids play area was a wonderful addition to the property and the acre gave so much space for my children to run wild and free. The cabin was so cozy and we are eager to return. Thanks Jon for opening your cabin to our family. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful location and great place to stay

I loved my stay here! Beautiful views, elk and deer everywhere, lake across the street with boat access, quiet and very peaceful! Lots of hiking and outdoorsy things to do. Would recommend to everyone looking for a getaway!!
