Great Ayton TS96HY. The Yorkshireman is situated in a Quiet and restful position close to the hills for walks. Clean and comfortable, the Shepherds Hut is near to Great Ayton, the childhood home of Captain Cook, with lovely tea rooms and friendly villagers. It's a 10 minutes drive is the North Yorkshire Moors gateway which will lead you to Whitby. (Our apologies but with a heavy heart we decided not to allow dogs as it is such a small space and we have to consider other guests allergies 🤧)

Riverside guest annexe is in a secluded garden but is within 50m of Waterfall Park and Great Ayton High Green, with its shops, pubs, cafes, take-aways and Tourist Information. The annexe is attached to our house, but has its own entrance, patio, garden area and parking space. We can accommodate 2 adults comfortably, plus a third adult or up to 2 children on our pull-out and/or sofa bed. We provide bedding, towels and toiletries. No smoking or pets are permitted in the annexe.

Warm welcome from Jan and her dog River. Cosy little place with everything you need to make yourself at home. It's very peaceful, and perfect if you want to get away from the stress of everyday life. Beautiful landscapes to explore at your doorstep, and convenient services in the village. And Jan is a great host, always ready to help.

A lovely family cottage, in beautiful settings. We took the advise of our host, and walked up Roseberry hill. Well worth the trek. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and Paul was close by if we needed anything.

Beautiful house very clean and free of clutter great location, parking outside the properly. Great to access local cafes and shops, the Buck pub serving lovely food only a short walk from the home. My partner and I had a lovely stay at Niall’s place in Stokesley. Great location, just off the high street and directly opposite the main market square. Lovely cosy interior with well thought-out touches. Niall was helpful and communicative throughout. Would absolutely recommend this place if you’re looking for a place in Stokesley or this area of North Yorkshire more generally!
