The second floor of an apartment is rented. Duplex located 1 min. from Chile España metro station and Plaza Ñuñoa, close to pubs and supermarkets. The Duplex is equipped with a refrigerator, sofa bed, microwave, kettle, cable TV, radio and Wi-Fi. It has 1 large living room and 1 large bedroom with a 2-seater bed, a 1.5-seater trundle bed and 1 bathroom. The entrance is through a staircase located on the first floor, where I live with my partner, but the duplex is completely independent.
