The apartment is excellent, very comfortable for 2 people, well equipped, clean. The area is very good, close to supermarkets, metro station and buses.

Beautiful apartment, very well equipped, clean, nice and safe building with permanent residents. An area with many bars and restaurants, and the proximity of the Chile España station makes it easy to get around by metro everywhere. Fernanda is a very good host, she explained everything very clearly and recommended places to eat and visit. A 10, I definitely recommend it, absolutely!!!

The apartment is a very cozy studio, with a double bed and a sofa bed for a third person. It is steps away from the Irarrázabal subway, supermarkets, pharmacies and other stores, very convenient in my case as I had to move around constantly, highly recommended for short and medium term stays

Great stay… host was always very responsive to any questions. Location is very close to metro and supermarkets which made it easy to get around the city.

I stayed 2 days, downtown location, many stores and. All kinds of restaurants and it has everything you need to stay peacefully for 2 people and the price of the accommodation is well balanced

On the other hand, the accommodation is as described, totally clean and well-kept, it has a balcony where you can see the sunsets of the Ñuñoa sector. The area is very safe, walkable and with several restaurant options. The best thing is the proximity to the subway station, which allows you to move around the city easily. Would definitely return. Highly recommended.

Miguel is a great host. He responded to all my messages courteously and was very kind. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Much better than the pictures. For me, the view is perfect, it served well for the verses of the Portuguese Fernando Pessoa: "I carry within my heart, Like a safe that can't be completely closed, All the places I've been, All the ports I arrived at, All the landscapes I saw through windows or portholes, Or from decks, dreaming, And all this, which is so much, is not enough for what I want." The apartment is very good! Great reception! It was a bit complicated to close the door at the same time as you put the code, but nothing serious. The immediate area is not the safest, but it is super central, close to Ohiggins Park

Had a good stay, the apartment was exactly as described and it felt very safe.

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.
