The apartment is exactly as in the photos: cozy, well decorated and with a wonderful view of the mountains. The building is super safe and the location is excellent, with a charming coffee shop on the corner, which offers impeccable service. It is about a 20-minute walk from the main squares and sights. We received food orders by app without any problems, the delivery was made directly at the reception, which was very practical. Communication with Lorel was great from start to finish, always attentive and quick to respond. The apartment is well-equipped and ideal for two people. We had a very pleasant stay and we definitely recommend it

I really liked the accommodation, it is centrally located (two blocks from the subway) you find supermarkets nearby, there are always concierges at all times. Everything is very clean in the apartment, a beautiful view of the mountain range... the only thing missing is heating, I went in winter and the apartment is very cold (what it does have are bed heaters) and I also did not know how to use the kitchen well, I do not know if it does not heat up much or if I had to press something specific. I give 5 stars to the accommodation, all the details are via message to enter (everything is very clear) in the apartment they have drinking water in a bottle, ground coffee beans, tea, condiments, pills like paracetamol, iron, hair dryer, towels, etc. very thoughtful:)!

The apartment is amazing with a wonderful terrace. Next to two shopping malls, in a super financial area, with parks and also with car parking. What I liked the most was the outdoor area and I love that part of Santiago and it leaves me calm, because I'm going to work. It's a premium location.

A very friendly host, always available for any questions. The area is cool as they say there, considering the degradation and insecurity that I had been told about in much of downtown Santiago. Unbeatable location, with good connections to the city's main tourist centers, very close to the Santa Isabel metro (about 3-5 minutes), near Barrio Italia, at the gates of the Providencia Commune. The owners in that area take advantage of the area's popularity to charge absurd prices, so the somewhat more reasonable prices of the apartment are appreciated. The only flaw, although warned by the owner, since they do not charge anything for cleaning, was that the apartment was relatively dirty and, perhaps, that for someone sensitive to the cold, some additional source of heat would be necessary. In any case, I would recommend it for spending time, even long periods, in Santiago.

Excellent location. Downtown area and with access to public transportation. There is a Carabineros station nearby that adds security to the street. I would definitely go back to his apartment.

I have been to several Airbnbs in Santiago and this has certainly been the best. The apartment is modern, clean, very well distributed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access and surrounded by services.
