Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Nuevo Vallarta Channel

Arguably one of the coolest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Great walkability to bustling downtown Vallarta below matched with an uncredible Birds Eye view of the bay and cityscape. The home was peaceful and refreshing after a long day in the heat. The hosts were staying in the other treehouse during our stay and treated us like personal friends. We will 100% be looking to stay here during our next trip to Mexico. This is THE PLACE. If you have a chance to stay here, don’t hesitate to book. 10/10 experience.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

La casa espectacular , vale cada peso que se paga , las fotos a pesar de que se ve bonita la casa es mejor cuando la vez , la alberca suficiente cómoda , muy espaciosa la casa , muchos detalles, tiene todo lo que se ocupa y más , claro que regreso , muy buena ubicación y buena zona . Thank you big! Margaret and her staff were amazing! Carmen was delightful and made sure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail was an extra special touch. We celebrated a 70th birthday and she decorated and had a cake ready as an added surprise. Bonus tip...her cooking was WONDERFUL! Highly recommend you stay in and have her treat to you with a good home cooked meal! Great communication from the very beginning with Margaret with fast response time. We love visiting PV and will definitely keep Margaret and this listing in mind when we come to visit again!

This home was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The layout was spacious and well thought out, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of our favorite parts was the backyard pool area—it truly felt like our own private oasis. We spent hours swimming, lounging, and soaking up the sunshine. It was the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. We loved every minute of our stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The attention to detail and comfort really made this place stand out. We will most definitely be back!

Beautiful place to stay. The A/C system worked well and was essential for our comfort. The building has a beautiful view of the ocean. The hike up to the property is challenging but manageable although Uber Drivers did struggle to ascend the steep slopes especially after rain which makes the cobblestone roads extremely slick. Overall the place was amazing, we had a good time here and the location was good for touristy activities.

Very nice spot. Super clean and with a great view. Walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants. Bed was very very comfortable! Definitely will come back and stay again if in the area. Thanks

Jim and his crew were amazing from the very beginning of the booking process. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay,they were always responsive and helpful. My parents and I, along with my young niece who decided to join last minute, truly loved the place. I really appreciated how quickly and easily they updated my reservation to accommodate her, super smooth and stress-free! If you’re someone who enjoys being out all day, this is the perfect place to come back to and relax. The private pool was one of our favorite parts,nothing beats a peaceful swim after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the entire home was spotless thanks to the amazing maid! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we even got to see fireworks at night from the house, such a special bonus. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Don’t hesitate, especially if this is your first time booking, like it was for me. Jim is your guy!

Un gran lugar para hospedarse, con todas las amenidades y una gran ubicación

El lugar era tal cual las fotos, una zona muy tranquila y agradable. El condominio estaba super limpio y aromatizado, nos encantó el jabón de baño y shampoo! todo de excelente calidad, sin duda regresaremos!

Súper lindo el departamento, instalaciones increíbles y súper fácil de llegar, cerca de muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme!!!

This one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in! The area it’s in was great it was peaceful and we were blessed either with an amazing view from our balcony. The workers within the condominium were great very friendly and outgoing it was a pleasure to stay here I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m into Puerto Vallarta! :)

Fui con el único propósito de desconectarme de la jornada laboral y relajarme en la playa con mi perrita bóxer, y se logró! El loft esta hermoso y super adecuado, tiene todo lo necesario El personal del condominio en todo momento se porto super amable y respetuoso. obviamente hay reglas y hay que cuidar las instalaciones pero tanto a mi como con mi perrita nos trataron super bien. tiene fácil acceso a la playa y es una playa muy linda perfecta para nadar y caminar Diego estuvo al pendiente de que todo saliera perfecto y no se le escapo ningún detalle para que así fuera. es un excelente anfitrion. Sin duda volvería, pase unos días mágicos.

Fue realmente acogedor y lindo, muy completo y funcional. La anfitriona súper atenta, solo hay que seguir las reglas externar al pie de la letra pero el apartamento fenomenal, así que si quieres pasar unos días agradables sin duda contra.

Spectacular place. The view is breathtaking can’t beat the location. The condo was clean and very kiddo friendly the pools were amazing and warm. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.
