The chalet is located in the heart of the Northern Velebit National Park, at the Grand Alan Pass. It's surrounded by woods and wild animals in it. It is located on the Via Dinarica hiking transversal route. Visiting the transversal, you can enjoy the beauty of nature: dazzling sea views, the dark depths of forests, or stunning stone sculptures. Although the house is in the woods, it has a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. If you enjoy swimming, it only takes half an hour by car to bathe in it.

If you more prefer sea, you can get to Adriatic sea to Karlobag or Zadar in one hour drive from here. Also nearby river Lika with its canyons and clean water is 20min away.

Our holiday home is wooden.Heat is exclusively wood burning and has such a stove,so guests maintain the fire themselves. For cooking, an electric stove is used. Guests can use two kayaks if they want to sail along the river Gacka, which is next to our property. The holiday house is 800 m away from the city center.Otočac is a small and pleasant town and in one walk you can learn a lot about its past and culture of living.
