Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.

It is 2 minutes from Poissonnière metro station or 5 minutes from Bonne Nouvelle metro station.

Welcome to a 45m2 (485 sqft) loft, new and equipped with quality furniture, located in the heart of the 12th, the greenest district of Paris, bordered by the Bastille district and the very festive 11th district. The Daumesnil metro (lines 8&6) is a 2-min walk away, you will enjoy direct access to Bastille (8min), the Accor Arena (10min), Grand Boulevards (19min), the Marais district (14min) & the Eiffel Tower (38min).

Mini loft in the center of Paris

Former Parisian carpentry located at the back of quiet courtyard, completely renovated. We wanted to keep the soul of this place. That's why we kept original bricks there, moreover as you can see the decoration is deliberately made of raw materials in order to recall the artisanal past of the place. Loft aménagé pour 4 personnes donnant sur la magnifique cour pavée d'un immeuble de 1869. L'appartement vient d'être entièrement rénové. Il est idéalement situé entre l'avenue des Champs-Elysées et la rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Ce logement n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
