Vacation rentals with a patio in Northern Territory

I am a regular visitor to Darwin. And this time I stayed for 3 nights at Leanne's place. Waterfront is the best location with beautiful surroundings. Leanne's apartment is a very pleasant place to stay - welcoming, clean and with a great ocean view. I will be happy to return!

The unit had everything we needed for a week long visit. Short walk to everything and bus terminal only 2 blocks away. The view was very peaceful from the balcony.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay. The room was centrally located and it was great to have parking onsite included. Having a kitchenette meant we could prep simple meals if we didn’t feel like eating out. The washer/dryer were convenient for our longer stay.

We found this apartment spacious, comfortable, clean and easy to make a meal in as well. Well catered. Comfortable lounge suite and bed. In a great location with stunning views as well. Huss gave great instructions regarding parking and entry.

A spotlessly clean and perfectly spacious 1 bedroom apartment with everything you could possibly want! Views of the port and sitting above a selection of restaurants and water activities its still only a short walk into town. I was there for work but think it would be a great place to stay for a holiday! Maria was lovely to deal with across the board and highly recommend. The only thing I can think of that would've been helpful is more hangers 😊 Thanks again Marie, Nancy

We really enjoyed our stay at Luke’s place. We found it comfortable and convenient for 4 adults. Walkable to downtown with a convenient small supermarket across the road. Luke was very responsive to a few questions that we had. Overall, a great stay!

Our stay at Ali's place was wonderful. The apartment is in a great location with a beautiful view over the city and waterfront. It is a quick walk into the city with secure parking and easy elevator access. The modern apartment is clean, tidy and very comfortable. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Ali's checkin in and out instructions were clear and flawless for the red-eye flight. We recommend staying here.

Stewie and Amanda were fantastic hosts. Could not fault them at all. there communication was amazing. We loved the whole house, the day bed around the pool was a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy a beer while the kids went swimming. The kitchen is full, it has everything you need. the complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake.. made it so easy for us because we didnt have a car and hadn't organised any food by the time we arrived. The Summer Guesthouse in Darwin was everything we were hoping for from our three-night stay between Kakadu and the Kimberley. The location was really convenient, very close to the major Casuarina shopping centre and an easy 15-20 minute drive to the major attractions of Mindil Beach and the Waterfront area. The house itself was spotlessly clean, well appointed and extras like Netflix, beautiful swimming pool, and a tranquil Bali-resort style undercover upstairs deck. Eva is a gracious host - welcoming and easily contactable but equally respectful of guests privacy too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and finished our stay having recharged, relaxed and restocked ready for the next leg of our big NT adventure!

Lovely home in a great location as described. Very clean and well maintained. Great having the pool. Would definitely recommend staying.

Great place and great communication

Beata was such a wonderful host. She was so lovely and very easy to talk to and super quick with responding. Her house was absolutely stunning in a peaceful location. The kids LOVED the pool and the nice big bath. 3 bathrooms for a bigger group staying made it so easy for everyone. We highly recommend Beata's place. We were very happy with the accommodation and would recommend it to others. Clean, comfortable, it has all the appliances needed, in a good location, peaceful and quiet. Very satisfied with the experience.

Great place with access to everything you need within walking distance

Alisa is a great host just getting, starting on her Darwin Airbnb journey. It was lovely meeting her on check in. It’s a spacious and comfortable apartment with a beautiful sea view. Great location! Would stay again and recommend others.

We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys and loved the apartment. Location is perfect to walk to Darwin City, Mindil Beach and Casino, Cullen Bay. The views are amazing, sunrise and sunset were wonderful. The space is great with plenty of room for everyone. Having the comforts of home when on holidays was great.

Kate and Simon are lovely. The house is very clean and tidy. Location is convenient in the city. I'll go back and stay with them next time in Darwin.

as always Benji was a great host and was able to meet all needs and at very short notice, very nice place and the views are pretty amazing, sunrise from the lounge balcony is definitely a must.

Trish’s place was an utter delight and the perfect launchpad for a stupendously memorable trip to Darwin!! The entire place is spotless, her local recommendations were top-notch and she was always so accommodating and friendly. Couldn’t recommend staying here more highly!!

Hi Kerri-Ann Thank you for your kind hospitality. The bacon, eggs, milk, butter and bread were a really nice touch! After a long flight we were really grateful that we had something for breakfast the next day without having to leave the unit ! We loved the unit and will definitely stay again.
