Beachfront vacation rentals in Northern Rivers

Amazing place! Doug and Deb's place is peaceful and comfortable. It is close to restaurants at Kingscliff and Casuarina or has everything you'd ever need to cook for yourself - we did a mix of both. The house is very welcoming and the beds very comfortable. There is a lovely walk to the beach and 2 cafes and there is also a dog friendly beach about 15-20 minutes' walk in the other direction. Don't miss Cubby cafe at Chinderah - a very short drive away. Go early to get a blueberry and lemon curd muffin - they're all gone by about 11am. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxed 9 nights and highly recommend the house and its location.

Martins house has everything you need or want for your perfect getaway. Clean and tidy, stunning location, ocean views and plenty of room for everyone. We’ll be back.

Belongil is without a doubt one of the very best locations in Byron and Scott and Mark are great hosts. From the property you can hear the waves and the birds, it’s so peaceful and comfortable. Walk into central Byron, along the beach, in less than ten minutes. Scott’s property is excellent value for money, super comfortable and clean, and is dog friendly with a secure yard. Perfect!

Christine & Andy were wonderful hosts! They responded quickly and clearly to all of our questions and were very welcoming ☺️ We will definitely recommend their place to friends and family and will likely come back ourselves 💕

Kathy was a wonderful and kind host. We requested early check in and Kathy responded promptly and was able to offer us this which we were very grateful for! The accomodation was beautiful and peaceful. Everything was clean and felt very homey. There was plenty of cookware, utensils, towels and blankets. There were heaters in each room which kept the rooms warm at night. Overall, very happy with our stay. It was affordable and a great location, only a short walk to the shops, food and the beach! Lana was super lovely, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean on arrival and great location. Pet friendly which was amazing for us as we are traveling with our cat!

We absolutely loved the space! It rained all weekend but we enjoyed walks on the beach regardless, board games with the kids and beverages on the veranda! We will be back for sure!! Already looking for November!

We had a wonderful stay at Han's apartment. Right in the middle of everything, near to beach and well designed apartment layout. Super clear instructions, hassle free check in and a really beautiful apartment with great views. Han was responsive always. Great stay!

The facilities are top‑notch too — a free hot pool, jacuzzi, and sauna on the 20th floor, plus a huge BBQ area to relax. The location is unbeatable: right across from Pacific Fair Mall, surrounded by great restaurants and shops, and just a 5‑min walk to the tram. Perfect spot for a Gold Coast getaway — highly recommend ‘Lilèt’ and Shervin to anyone looking for a stylish, convenient, and memorable stay!

Our stay was the perfect getaway. Absolutely stunning beach & ocean views, beautiful and clean apartment, exceeding our expectations. Convenient location to accessing cafes, restaurants & grocery stores, which are within a short walking distance. We loved our scenic beach walks to other areas of the Gold Coast, making our experience even more enjoyable. Karine was very informative and kind, always ready and available to help. We hope to return on our next visit to Australia. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Melissa’s beach house. Such great location, overlooking the ocean whilst still being private and secluded on the hill. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the dolphins catching waves. The house is walking distance to the general store and the beach, and was perfectly furnished and well equipped. We’ll definitely be back!

Taree is a great host, she was always responsive and provided great support with every little detail making our stay a great experience. The place is pristine, greatly located, nice views and excellent cafes/ restaurants a few meters away, for sure one of those destinations that we look forward returning and recommending. This is a beautiful townhouse 50m from the beach. A clean, well presented property. Everything we needed was there.

Good spot with a view. Anna is very easy to communicate with. Prompt reaction to enquiries. Comfy beds and a kitchen with all appliances. Nice place to stay at, very spacious.

Great place to relax and unplug. Close to great cafes, restaurants and the pacific hotel. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Marty and Narees place was a perfect place to stay. It felt very homely and relaxing. Everything was squeaky clean and the personal touches were lovely. There were a variety of books and games if you wanted to just chill. Marty welcomed us and gave us local knowledge. We would not hesitate to recommend staying here.
