This is a great stopover for people flying from East Midlands airport as it's a mere 10 minute drive, the M1 and M42 motorways can be reached in minutes, it's a central location for cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham, also close to Loughborough which is a great for visiting students. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.

"The Cow Shed" is a 1 bedroomed barn, recently converted on a private Alpaca farm sanctuary. Just a few minutes drive from Bradgate Park, NT Stonewell, Richard iii Visitors Centre and the historic town of Ashby de la Zouch with its boutique shops, bars and restaurants.
