Vacation rentals with a patio in North Umpqua River

We had a wonderful stay. Very quiet area but walkable to many attractions. Hosts were responsive. Place was very clean and perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a PERFECT experience! I would def rent again if back to Eugene … so clean, quaint, easy to walk to Hayward and local restaurants there! Melody was so quick to respond and helpful with recommendations! The place was spotless and stocked bathroom, kitchen, laundry! The neighbors and home owners above us were so quiet!

We only stayed one night while attending a softball tournament at the University of Oregon, but it was just what we needed for a great night's rest. Quite, private and conveniently located. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!!

The Nomad's Nest is in a beautifully wooded neighborhood, close to many hiking trails. It has all the amenities you might need in your home away from home. The best part is how quiet and peaceful the area is--just perfect for a good night's sleep!

Stayed one night for a quick getaway. The unit was beautiful and very modern. Everything was clean. It looked like a brand new place. The interior design is stylish. The hosts kept communication leading up to and during the stay. They did a very good job on this unit. The location was near all the shops, and located in a business complex. I liked that the unit was private, as the businesses nearby were closed while we were there.

Cute place! We stayed for my daughter’s graduation and there was enough room for the 4 of us. We arrived after hours and she left the light on for us. We had fun exploring the neighborhood - there are many little free libraries, plus we found a coffee shop that opened early and a bakery nearby for breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable place and Ralph was super responsive and helpful. The only drawback is that you can hear every step the people upstairs make.

Awesome place for our fire guys to stay, host was accommodating and a great communicator. The place was as described, clean, beautiful and a home away from home. Would definitely recommend

I highly recommend staying at Kelsey's home. She had everything you could possibly need and more. Wonderful location. Beautiful surroundings. Great communication from Kelsey if you had a question or needed anything. Also has a beautiful black kitty that likes to visit.

The bungalow was a perfect stay in Eugene. Plenty of space. Loved the architectural detail in the house. Very comfortable!

The home was nice and clean. they really had anything we would need as far as amenities. The kids loved the pool table and backyard to play in. We were close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely book with Dwight again.

My family came for a wedding and stayed here! It was very comfortable and cozy, with a fun and unique vibe. It had everything we needed! Check in was easy and Janna was very friendly, kind and responsive. It was a perfect place to land while exploring Eugene!

My Family and I were in town for 2025 Sheep Shearing Competition this place made us feel right at home. We traveled from California so the place was amazing. Alisha was so responsive and Helpful. I truly recommend place to everyone trying to stay. We hope to be back next year.

Thankful to Daniel for allowing us to stay in his very cool and spacious home. We were in town with our 2 toddler grandchildren for our son’s wedding and the accommodations were perfect.

We walked into Luke’s place and felt really good. The beds are extremely comfortable and ensure a good night’s sleep. The proximity to the open food court is fantastic and we enjoyed not only Eugene, but Oregon as a whole. Day trips to the John Day Fossil Beds, the Crater Lake and to Depoe Bay doing some whale watching rounded up the awesome stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. Very peaceful place. Exceptionally clean and private. Great surrounding breweries/places to eat as well.

Stayed here about 10 days. Older property, but tasteful. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping. We were on the go everyday, all day so having a comfortable place to sleep was nice. Kitchen appliances worked fine. No mold or mildew that we noticed anywhere. Very affordable, so for us a great value. Would definitely stay there again. Austin was a great host.

Sean was very proactive on his communication. He was very responsive when I reached out to him. Location was exactly as described and it was a very affordable option during a busy track and field event.

Very responsive, took care of the initial minor glitches. The place is great, there were 4 of us staying there and it worked well. The kitchen had all the necessary pans and spatulas, etc. Great to have a parking spot right there. Very quiet area and very conveniente.

Sean is a great host and his place is a wonderful option for whoever is visiting Eugene. Very well located, close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood.
