Monthly Rentals in North Tamerton

We had a fantastic time at Swallows Cottage! The welcome was very friendly, the quiet location was relaxing, and the lovely and comfy house has everything you need and more – especially the kitchen, which is perfectly equipped with everything. We really, really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again :)

Lovely family place. We didn’t realise until we got there that there are 6 cottages around one central courtyard so perfect place for large extended families to stay and still have their own sleeping space. Thank you for the great communication and friendliness

Great few days at Stephen’s place. Superb central location to visit different places in Devon and Cornwall. Site was quiet and the caravan was just right for what we needed.

Trefranck is a great spot for a peaceful break – quiet, comfortable, and really well-equipped with everything you might need. Pippa and her family were friendly and welcoming. We’d thoroughly recommend this lovely place and hope to stay again!
