Family-friendly vacation rentals in North Port

Chester and Aneta’s place is great! The house is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home. Easy back roads to the beach, the bikes were an added bonus! The host was very attentive and made us feel so welcome. We would definitely come back!

This is our second time staying here and we love it!! My kids loved the pool, stayed in there all day. Big enough for our party of 8 plus a baby

What a beautiful place to stay! It was so comfortable and quiet. The pool and Jacuzzi were awesome! We were 10 minutes from anything we needed. Great location and pleasant owners. They quickly responded to any of our questions. Would definitely reserve again.

This is the second year in a row that our family stayed here for Christmas break. It's spacious for all of us with 2 young boys. My son loves the fishing in the canal and we all love relaxing on the lanai while the kids swim. It is the warmest pool we have ever had for swimming. We eat all our meals outside also when weather permits. Thanks again , Jo, for making Christmas break 2022 another wonderful time. The Carman's

We had an amazing stay during March 2025, with sunny weather every day. Doug and Moe were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The accommodations were clean and quiet. Perfect location. Highly recommend for a memorable experience. We had our kids and grandkids stay with us for a week and the home was able to accommodate all of us for a wonderful spring vacation. Will be back to stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul and Nanci’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. Paul and Nanci were excellent host, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the observation deck – it was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset! And as for the fishing, the fish definitely bite – we had a great time casting a line and even caught a few! The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return on my next trip! Thank you, Paul and Nanci, for such a great experience!

Dont let the photos hold you back! This home is in a great area! Pebble beach. Close to areas getting in and out of neighborhood, which in Rotonda, can be a pain. The photos in listing are not 100% accurate as some things have been updated, the house is now actually a cute beachy blue color with nice palms in the yard on a corner lot. The furniture is very dated, but clean. The bedding has also since been updated. The price is also reflective of the older furnishings. The kitchen is very well stocked. While the neighbors are close, the home does have a lovely pool and hot tub on a lake for very pretty sunset views & relaxing after a day at the beach! There are also family games provided and toys in den area. Fishing poles, beach toys, chairs, and one small cloth cooler are located in the garage. Lisa & Robert were wonderful as always, making sure issues were addressed! Just a minor hot tub timer issue. Robert was out in no time and had it fixed! Had another great stay!

Great location! Beach was steps away. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again.

Very niece location with easy walk to great restaurants. This home was private and well taken care of. Very kind hosts who were accommodating. Loved the private patio area.

The Duplex was very, very clean. The Charging Station located on the leather sofa was a wonderful extra benefit! Doris was quick to respond to the beeping smoke alarm at the time we checked into the Duplex. Another unexpected plus included the LED lighting on the King Bed headboard! The duplex is on a quiet street but also quick & easy access to a main highway. We were very pleased with our stay and will consider staying here next time.

Great location with lovely views. Home is very comfortable and super clean with perfect location with all the amenities you need. The host is very kind and she has excellent communication.

Had a great time at Michael’s little bungalow… Small, but definitely enough for my wife and I. Beach is a 2 minute walk down a tiny road directly across the street, perfect! I met Mike just after checking in because we had a little snag with the room… He came right by and remedied the issue. Great guy, great area, and nice quiet place to stay… Do not hesitate, a great Airbnb’r!

Our visit at Adam and Mirka’s place was great; quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors and walkable with almost no traffic. Their house was very clean and well taken care of. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the grill was perfect for a BBQ. When I sent questions, Mirka was very quick in her response. Our dogs loved ‘hunting’ for the lizards in the fenced back yard and kept Augi busy for long periods of time. No worries though, he never caught one. The surrounding area is wonderful for taking bike rides. My husband ‘found’ and ‘created’ many excursions for us to take that usually amounted to 13-15 miles - just perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. We would definitely like to rent Adam and Mirka’s place again if/when we vacation in Venus, FL again. We had a wonderful time!

We loved our stay at Magi’s! She responded to all our questions almost immediately and was very kind! The home was absolutely beautiful with so many personal touches that really made the place feel like home. We loved being able to hangout by the pool and enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Everything we needed for our stay was on site and available for us to use. Traveling with two toddlers can sometimes be stressful so it was very nice having everything we needed when we got there. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. We were sad to leave and will definitely be rebooking with Magi for our next vacation!

After seeing all of the beautiful pictures & glowing reviews, we went to The Palms on Shamrock with high expectations. We were NOT disappointed!! It really felt as if we were guests in Greg & Tracy’s home instead of renters. That same courtesy extended to our fur baby as well. I was a flight attendant for 25 years so our family has traveled a lot. This vacation was special. None of us wanted to leave. It’s easy to see why they have so many return guests. The Bradley family will definitely be back 🤗

Great host! Very communicative. Wonderful, easy going condo. We enjoyed losing track of time while sitting on the screened-in porch watching the bay/waterfront.

This is an incredible house. The location is perfect and private. We had our little pug with us and it was exactly what we needed. The pool is warm and clean and very enjoyable as the sun goes down. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen well appointed. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this is one of the best. If you’re looking for a rental just book this one. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing stay! Very private, gorgeous property. Our local contact was very responsive. It’s worth the stay just being next to the water and watching the wildlife! Would 100% stay again!

This home was perfect. It was very clean, and had lots of room for our family to spread out. We had both of my kids on virtual school, I had a few zoom calls for work and we took our breaks in the pool! We never ate indoors. The lanai was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the bathtub was relaxing! Loved every minute in this house while visiting family.

We are snowbirds who stayed two months. Place is exactly as described. Clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, bed comfortable and location perfect. A very quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors. Host and property manager were both always very responsive when I contacted either of them. The pool was lovely and maintained well. I would definitely stay again if we come back to this area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at William's place! It was peaceful and spacious, and the pool was a huge hit for our three teenagers! They have a beautiful home and shared many amenities with us to use during our stay. Public beaches weren't too far, and they provided recommendations in nearby areas. We will definitely be staying here again!
