Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in North Pole

We had a wonderful stay at Danielle's place. It was a perfect location for walking to Pioneer Park and downtown. Danielle was super helpful answering questions and making great recommendations. She also has a book loaded with great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The coffee and snacks in the kitchen were an added treat, and her bath towels were SO sift! Danielle's place is where you want to stay when visiting Fairbanks! Thank you, Danielle for a wonderful stay.

I had a short 1 day stay with Michael, still he was very responsive and also provided for an early check in. Location of the place worked well for my travel plans and it was clean and well organized! Thanks Michael for the great experience.

Laura was very friendly and offered to help with bags she’s super nice and WELCOMING and made sure we were safe with the cold temperatures loved the place it was a perfect little getaway space perfect for a couple of just one ! She even had oil and spices for cooking and other complementary things as well I had an amazing time !

Kyle’s Airbnb was perfect. If you left something back home, he probably has it here for you, even sleeping masks to block out the midnight sun, thank you Kyle, this was probably the best Airbnb Ive resided at over the last few years!

An incredible find! It is the perfect location as it’s close to downtown and lots of different restaurants. The view from the balcony is superb as you can see the Chena River and the city! Loved it here and would definitely boom again!

This place more than exceeded our expectations everything was very thoughtful! Full kitchen with all the amenities made cooking a breeze! The dishwasher made quick work of the dishes after. The washer and dryer is such a plus! The bathroom heated floors! The hot tub very clean and well maintained and the view so peaceful! The book with helpful resources and local recommendations was such a lovely touch! This could easily sleep 6 people and with it just being the two of us we felt like royalty staying here! Don’t miss out on this location memories made here will last a lifetime!

The apartment was cute and simply decorated. the host left water and chocolates.. The beds were super soft and extremely comfortable and exactly what I needed after being on a motorcycle for 12 hours.

An unforgettable stay! GrouseTree House was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. The rope bridge was a unique and fun touch, and the hot tub under the Alaskan sky was exactly what we needed. The property was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. Communication was smooth, and the hosts made us feel truly welcome. Excellent location to relax after a long day of exploring Alaska! The views are breathtaking and an extraordinary way to start and end your day. My morning coffee isn’t the same without the view of the river and mountains! The short drive to town makes it convenient for shopping or enjoying all that Fairbanks has to offer including Lulu’s bread and bagels, museum of the north, and the Tanana Valley Farmers market. We also enjoyed being able to use the gas grill and having two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The open living space surrounded by windows allowed us to enjoy the view from almost anywhere, while the longer Alaskan days helped increase the viewing time. Excellent home, great location, astounding views, hope to return!!!

We had a great stay in Fairbanks at this home. Cozy interior and enough room for 4 adults. Close to shopping and downtown Fairbanks (10 minutes). Home was as pictured and very clean inside. We made use of the convenient washer and dryer as this was the midway point of our week long road trip. Would book again.

This cabin absolutely made our Alaskan vacation spectacular! We visited mid March with a thick bed of snow on the ground and auroras dancing in night sky over head. Temps were well below freezing, but the cabin was always warm cozy. Amazingly toasty heater, heated floors, and the hot tub kept us comfortable. Our family will never forget the views of the Northern lights from the driveway. Ron's place is a dream and he is the best Airbnb host imaginable. Best experience yet after many stays with Airbnb! Book with confidence, amazing value!

The apartment was spotless when I got there. There's a great kitchen to cook in with everything you need, including spices. The couches are very comfortable and streaming TV was easy. Pinky responded very quickly when I had a question. We were having a heat wave and the living area did get warm, but there is a fan and an air conditioner in the bedroom which worked great. Also, it is in a convenient location next to the bike path that goes to Pioneer Park and downtown. This is a very nice place to stay for 1-2 people!

The apartment was a great place to stay! Outside of town in the hills, in a beautiful area. It was spacious, and had everything we needed. As others mentioned, you do need AWD in winter, but all the roads around Fairbanks were so icy that I wouldn't get anything else in any case, so it's a moot point. I highly recommend this place if you want quiet and nature.

We had such a great stay. We travel a lot for hockey trips and have lots of kids. It is very hard to find a nice place our kids can play at. They had games outside, trails to walk behind the house and a nice little fire pit. We were able to have cousins over and play basketball, have a fire and enjoy each other’s company. This is a wonderful place to stay!

We chose this property for a quick one night stay. It was perfect in every way. Well stocked pantry. Steaming TV. Laundry accessible. Marissa was very kind and interesting. It was close to the botanical garden, university and museum. Perfect spot for a short or long term stay!
