Beautiful tiny home, built in January 2019 by talented local builder, many guests have fallen in love with this home. No running water, but the cabin is stocked with 5 gallon water bottles filled at Fox Springs. Full kitchen, comfy beds, super fast internet, television ready for streaming, books to curl up and read, close to shopping, restaurants , amenities of the city, while tucked into wooded private lot.

The Market Studio

Our UPSTAIRS studio has a full kitchen, bath and laundry that sleeps up to THREE people. The kitchen, dining, living and sleeping areas are all open to each other, while the bathroom and laundry have a separate space within the Studio. Northern Lights views from bed!

We built the Rocky Top AirBnB as an Aurora-viewing, winter-loving house: its walls are a foot thick, with radiant floors heated by an environmentally-friendly vegetable-oil boiler. At night, watch the Aurora from bed or the large north-facing windows. The large couch is a comfortable place to watch the low winter sun traverse the mountains to the south during the day.
