WC ja kylpyhuone ovat erillisiä ja kylpyhuoneessa on amme ja pyykinpesukone. Keittiössä on astianpesukone, keraaminen liesi, jääkaappi ja mikro. Tupakointi parvekkeella. Ilmainen pysäköinti kadulla ja sopimuksesta sähkötolpalla. Joella (5 min) kesäisin lauttasauna.

My apartment is a stylish studio with a walking distance from the center. My aparment is located just a stone´s throw away from Oulu riverside, and the nearest shop and nearby restaurants are less than 100 meters away. Bus connections are good (the nearest bus stop is located 70 meters away). My apartment is located on the first floor (not on the ground level) and the apartment has been fully renovated. Stylish and cosy apartment in Intiö, Oulu

The apartment is located in the idyllic Intiö district, 10 minute walking distance from downtown's amenities and Raksila's supermarket cluster. City bus stop is located right next to the building. The building is quiet and the residents are friendly. Intiö's famous yellow water tower lies right next to the building. There's a beautiful cemetery nearby, which can be used as a shortcut to reach the bigger markets. The apartment is suitable for couples, singles, businessmen and small families.
