It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. Hedge Lodge is a spacious, self-catering holiday cottage sleeping up to five people. It enjoys beautiful views across fields of horses and backs onto a natural pond bursting with wildlife. The cottage boasts a large open plan kitchen/dining and sitting area with doors opening to a private courtyard The first floor has a quiet area for reading, or play area. Two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Well behaved animals are welcome on the ground floor only and WIFI, bed linen and towels are included.

A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. Brambles Reach is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom rustic barn conversion located on the Stody Estate in North Norfolk. Tucked away off a leafy lane, down a drive way, the barn is in a tranquil setting. Attached to the main farm house, where we reside, the barn is surrounded by our beautiful if sometimes slightly overgrown gardens, allotments, and Shaun's amazing lawn. To one side, there is the ancient Stody church yard, with just the Saxon Tower remaining - so very quiet neighbours!
