Your accommodation is separate from the main house and was part of a Victorian School built in the 1800's .It is self contained . It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

We've thought carefully about every detail for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Very clean, Smart TV, superfast WiFi for workations, high quality linen, private parking. Wonderfully toasty. Charming bedroom with super-king sized bed with ensuite bathroom and large comfortable kitchen. Cley is a bird watcher's paradise as it is on a number of migratory routes. The area is fantastic for walking. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, this accommodation is now self-contained with full and sole use of the attached kitchen, which has its own private entrance door. The hand-over will be contactless. We are ensuring that there is a two day gap between bookings to allow for a deep clean.

Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, self-contained 200-years old 'fisherman's cottage' built on the foundations of a much older building. It offers cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks or weeks away. It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for anyone expecting a hotel!

Grey Goose cottage is close to Wells harbour. You'll love the house because of the location and the ambiance. There are a variety of shops and great restaurants only a very short walk away. As soon as you step out of the door you will smell the sea in the air and hear the cry of the seagulls. The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children), and furry friends (£20 pet fee). One dog allowed; please keep dogs off furniture and downstairs.
