Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

Our cottage is meant to be both contemporary and rustic. It is where we go to get away from the hustle and bustle of the modern world and slow down. There is no TV or internet, even our phone is an old rotary one. You will see that we have a good radio, and games and books to read, and plenty of things to do outside. A tiny guest house (450 sq ft) overlooking the Benjamin River. AC!!. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private porch. Living area has a smart tv (no cable, but internet available to access your streaming account). DVD's also available. Kitchenette comes with Keurig with k-cups included, mini fridge, coffee maker/filters, toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner hot plate (no oven), dishes/pots and pans. There is a loft with an army cot. Not suitable for children under age 5.

Timeless Tides Cottage

This comfortable 2 bedroom, one bathroom, A-frame pine cottage is set on its own private point with 350 feet of waterfront! Cook out on the grill, lounge on the deck or dock while taking in the wildlife on a beautiful tidal river. Watch nesting Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons fishing! There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

Waterfront getaway w/4 paddle board/kayak combos

Our cabin is situated on nearly 2 peaceful acres with direct waterfront on a tidal pond - a calm and quiet body of water fed by the ocean. You can hear the soothing sounds of the tidal waterfall when the tide is changing. Swim from the private dock and enjoy the warm water or just lounge on the Adirondack chairs or hammock. We have 4 paddle boards that convert to kayaks, a dingy that accommodates 2-4, a corn hole set and a fire pit for your use.

Island Getaway

Loaded with charm and coziness this apartment is a great place to enjoy a quiet retreat from a busy life! Lounge on the deck or in the hammock as you enjoy watching local fisherman hauling their traps while eagles, osprey and seagulls soar above. The ferry boat cruises back-and-forth daily right in front of you! Nature trails and Sunset Rock within walking distance.
