A lovely self contained annex in the heart of Warmley, on the outskirts of Bristol and Bath. Both Bristol and Bath within 30 minutes commuting distance. The Annex is split into a bathroom/bedroom/living area. There is a king size bed, 55 inch smart TV, two seater sofa, kettle and fridge. WiFi is available. Well sized bathroom with a bath and over bath shower. Towels and bedding included. On street parking available. Two very friendly dogs who share the garden space outside the annex!

A fantastic fully stocked local shop 5 minutes walk and a great local pub 5 minutes walk away. Please note, the cottage has a large walk in shower, but no Bath. Entry to the property by lockbox.
